In order to investigate the relation of sun-induced fluorescence peak near 700nm with chlorophyll a concentration, data set of the reflectance spectra of red tide species such as Gymnodinium sp., Heterosigma akashiwo, Ceratium furca and other algae such as Nitzschia closterium, Dicrateria zhanjiangensis Hu.,Platymonas sp., Chlorococcum sp., Platymonas helgolandica var tsingtaoensis, chlorella sp. getting from in situ and culture are measured. Based on in situ reflectance spectra, FLH (Fluorescence Line Height) is computed using FLH algorithms of three SICF sensors (MERIS, GLI, MODIS) separately. And the relationship between FLH and chlorophyll concentration is set up using sta. analysis method. On ten kinds of algae reflectance spectra, FLH correlates well with chlorophyll concentration. However, opposite correlation results are observed in some algae measurements. Because of the complex phytoplankton spectral character at around 685nm (fluorescence band) and at 700~750nm (infra red bands) in high concentration of chlorophyll, FLH computation of some algae would occur error as using remote sensing sensors' FLH bands. In addition, because relationship between SICF peak and chlorophyll concentration is not the same with various species of algae, a proposal of using special FLH algorithm to single algae is put up. And relevant problems need further research of in situ measurements.

采用现场实测和室内培养两种方式测定了甲藻、赤潮异弯藻和叉角藻等赤潮藻以及新月菱形藻、海洋蓝绿藻、叉鞭金藻、塔胞藻、扁藻和小球藻等非赤潮藻类光谱曲线。采用的各卫星 (MERIS ,GLI ,MODIS)的荧光波段数据按照其中心波长 ,从实际测定的高光谱反射率曲线提取而来 ,并按照荧光高度的计算公式得到其荧光高度。同时 ,采用统计分析方法建立荧光高度与叶绿素浓度的关系。 10种藻类水体的荧光线高度与叶绿素a的回归分析结果显示了良好的线性关系 ,但部分藻种出现了负相关的结果。因为在高叶绿素浓度即赤潮条件下 ,浮游植物在荧光波段 (6 85nm附近 )和近红外波段 (70 0~ 75 0nm)复杂的光谱行为 ,使得采用星载遥感器的叶绿素荧光波段探测某些藻类的赤潮时会出现偏差。同时 ,由于不同藻类的荧光高度与叶绿素浓度的关系也不一致 ,本文建议针对单独的赤潮种类应建立特定的荧光算法。相关问题还需要在实测的基础上进行更深入的研究。

The optimized water purification model of alga-bacteria system which consists of Scencdesmus obliquu,Chlorella vulgans,Nitrite bacteria and Nitrate bacteria applied to remove NH~+_4-N and NO_2~——N was established according to the orthogonal test design.The optimum microorganism ratio of Scencdesmus obliquu,Chlorella vulgans,Nitrite bacteria and Nitrate bacteria was 2.13∶1∶2.38∶3.73.In comparison with single algae and bacteria,the effect of the established model to remove NH_4~+-N and NO_2~——N was better,its removing rate was 97.3% and 68.8% respectively.The dissolved oxygen concentration in aquacultural water could be largely raised by the established model,which reached to 9.7 mg·L~(-1),Meanwhile,the model could provide 1.6×10~6 CFU·mL~(-1) aglae for cultured aquatic animal.

采用正交法建立了由栅藻(Scencdesmus obliquus)、小球藻(Chlorella vulgans)、亚硝化细菌(Nitritebacteria)、硝化细菌(Nitrate bacteria)组成的复合藻-菌净化系统去除氨态氮和亚硝酸态氮的最优化模型,确定了单胞藻与细菌的最优化数量配比关系,即栅藻∶小球藻∶亚硝酸化细菌∶硝化细菌=2.13∶1∶2.38∶3.73。利用该系统模型与单藻、单菌去除池塘老化水体中的氨态氮、亚硝酸态氮显示:去除氨态氮和亚硝酸态氮的效率远远高于单藻、单菌,其去除率分别为97.3%和68.8%。同时该系统模型还具有增加养殖水体溶解氧的作用,可使水体中的溶解氧在试验设定的参数中短时间达到9.7 mg.L-1,并可为水产动物提供1.6×106CFU.mL-1的天然藻类饵料。
