By investigating the test results of smelting malleable iron with 3t/h cupola of two-row tuyeres at short interval, We are sure that ways of energy saving are multimedia under present conditions. When properly chosen technological parameters bring the best in each other, we are able to obtain higher temperature of molten iron and speed smelting rate so as to decrease coke consumption. Thus, aims of economizing energy, raising cast quality and enhancing efficiency can be achieved.

我们研究了3t/h两排短间距风口冲天炉熔炼可锻铸铁的试验结果,认为冲天炉的节能途径是多方面的。在现有条件下,正确选择工艺参数,并使之配合理,即可获得较高的铁水温度、较快的熔化速度,并能适当降低焦耗,从而达到节约能源、降低废品率、提高铸件质量和提高经济效益的目的。

Calculating the electric field by combined method of finite element and boundary element (FEM-BEM) is usually met by some difficult problems.In order to save computing time and to lessen inner storage of computer, and to universalize the program for computing the infinite and semiinfinite region electric field as . well as finite region, this paper discusses how to ingeniously and correctly combine the FEM and BEMTo improve the calculation accuracy of the combined method, an interpolation model of electric charge on the discrete boundary is derived in detail.The proposed combined method may be applied to 2-D or axisymmetric infinite region electric field with multimedia. Two Examples are presented to demonstrate and illustrate the application of the FEM-BEM.

本文重点研究用有限元与边界元结合方法计算电场时遇到的几个关键问题:如何正确结合以减少计算机机时和内存;如何编制适用于开域、闭域或半开域场计算的通用程序;如何提高计算精度。 本文采用指数插值法,推导出一种新的边界电荷插值函数。 计算实例表明本文方法较好地解决了上述几个问题。

In this paper, the 3D eddy current problem is solved using the FE and complex vector potential. The method and feature of element dividing is explained when multimedia and complex interface shape are exsisted in the solved region. As an example, the 3D magnetic field and eddy current distribution of a 17000 kVA model transformer are calculated,and the results are compared with test.

本文采用有限元法,研究了工程上适用的三维涡流问题计算方法.给出了以矢量磁位为未知函数时三维时变电磁场的有限元离散化格式,介绍了当求解区域内含有多种媒质、内部交界面形状复杂时单元剖分的特点和方法.以一台17000千伏安仿SSPL型变压器为例,计算了短路情况下的三维正弦稳态涡流场,并将所得结果与试验值进行了比较.
