Applying the complex fertilizer increases the number of chloroplast basal granules and integrated characters when it is compared with those of the conventional fertilizer, which helps promote bhotosynthesis of soybean leaves. The layer of chloroplast basal granules are significantly positive correlation with soybean nutrition growth.

本文通过透射电镜观察了常规施肥与施用大豆专用复肥对轮作、连作大豆叶片超微结构的影响。结果发现,大豆连作导致叶绿体基粒片层结构破坏,淀粉粒积累,基粒片层结构出现“空隙区”。与常规施肥相比,施用复肥增强了轮作、连作大豆叶片叶绿体基粒片层结构的完整性,增加了基粒数量和基粒片层数,为促进大豆叶片的光合作用创造了条件,相关分析表明,叶绿体基粒片层数与大豆植株营养生长呈显著正相关。

The results showed that nitrogen fertilizer had obvious influence on soybean nutrition of nitrogen, even though there being high level state of soil organic matter and alkali solve nitrogen in soil. Chemical phosphorus fertilizer could influence soybean nutrition of phosphorus limitedly on soil where quick-acting phosphorus content being higher. When chemical potassium was applied on soil of lower potassium, the state of potassium nutrition of soybean was improved. It were remarkable negative correlation between soybean yield and phosphorus content of root, then yield and nitrogen content of leaves, but it was remarkable positive correlation between yield and potassium of the leaves. The coefficient of correlation were -0.767,-0.882,0.668 respectively.

采用田间试验和室内化验相结合的方法,研究施用化学氮磷钾肥对大豆植株氮磷钾含量的影响及植株氮磷钾含量与产量之间的关系。研究结果表明:即使土壤有机质和碱解氮水平较高,施用氮肥(尿素)仍能明显改善大豆的氮素营养,提高其含氮量;在速效磷含量较高的土壤上,施用化学磷肥,对大豆磷素营养有一定的影响,影响程度与土壤条件有关;在速效钾含量属于中等偏低的土壤上施用化学钾肥,能明显改善大豆钾素营养,提高植株含钾量;大豆产量与根系中的磷含量和叶片中的氮含量呈极显著负相关,与叶片中的钾呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为-0.767、-0.882、0.668。
