Based on the continuous change of the temperature of gas and particles, as well as treat of the heat transfer coeffecient, a mathematical model of transient heat transfer between suspending particles and hot gas with 0.1 Biot number is proposed. Its analytical solution gives the efficient time of heat transfer. By combining with the equations of particle accelerated motion in a vertical pipe, the efficient heat transfer height of the duct can also be determined.By the results of the theoretical analysis using the mathematical model mentioned above, the experiments on the thermal model and the field test of a cement preheater, it is shown that the main heat transfer between the hot gas and the powdered cement raw material occurs in the beginning of the accelerated period of particles. The time required is not more than 0.03s, and the efficient heat transfer height is less than 200mm. So, the height of each duct should be shortened and the stages of a suspension preheater should be increased in order to improve its behaviour.

本文针对输送床颗粒加速段气固两相对流换热系数和温度二者均连续变化的实际,建立了Biot小于0.1时的群颗粒非稳态对流换热数学模型,可求解气固有效换热时间,结合颗粒运动方程,能确定出有效换热管的高度。 数学模型的理论计算、热模试验及现场实测均表明,水泥生料粉和高温气流的换热主要发生在加速段的起始区,其距离不超过20cm,时间不大于0.03s。因而指出降低各级预热器输送管的长度、增加预热器的级数是提高热效率的重要途径。

Aim of study was to provide values of transfer parameter of  ̄(90)Sr, ̄(137)Cs ,NaturalU, ̄(226)Ra and  ̄(239)Pu in terrestrial foodchains, more applicable for Chinese socio-natural condi-tions. 本文收集了 ̄(90)Sr、 ̄(137)Cs、天然铀、 ̄(226)Ra和 ̄(239)Pu在各种农、畜产品及其生长土壤(或放牧牧草)中含量的数据,配对计算了放射性核素在土壤-农产品和牧草-畜产品中的转移系数。根据转移系数数据的概率分布特征,按南方湿润地区和北方干旱地区分别统计,给出了这5种核素在7种农产品和2种畜产品中转移系数的代表值及95%范围。此代表值可考虑作为无特定场址数据情况下利用计算模式进行环境污染预测和受照剂量评估时食物链转移系数的代用值,95%范围可作为判定单个转移系数值可靠性的参考依据。
