蓄热体是高温空气燃烧技术(HTAC)中的关键部件之一,影响蓄热体换热效率的因素很多。本文针对高温空气发生器,通过实验研究了在700~1 200℃范围内不同高温烟气下蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的换热效率的变化以及炉内温度的稳定性问题。实验结果表明:蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体换热效率较高,在1 130℃时效率可达87.02%;切换瞬间炉温温度场稳定。
