本文制备了新型隐球菌L型高渗培养基。新型隐球菌L型的特征为:革兰氏染色性改变;大小不一;能通过孔径0.8μm的滤器;电镜检查细胞壁有不同程度的缺损。在高渗液体培养基中,新型隐球菌L型缓慢生长、不易回复;在高渗平板上则易回复。稳定、不稳定隐球菌L型的生化反映与其酵母型相似,但稳定L型的同化能力及尿素分解能力减弱。新型隐球菌形成L型后,其形态、培养特性及生化反映发生变异,这在菌种鉴定与临床检验时要注意。

The morphogenesis of chlamydospores of Candida albicans was observed by use of scanning electron microscopy. Results showed that the yeast cells germinated after 3h of cultivation,the budding-cells elongated after 5h, and the pseudohyphae formed and the mother cells began chlamydosporulation at about 7h of growth. Subsequently, pseudohyphal e1ements elongated by 9h;the characteristic chlamydospores formed at about 16h,and after 24h of cultivation, numbers of chamydospores - pseudohyphae and yeast...

The morphogenesis of chlamydospores of Candida albicans was observed by use of scanning electron microscopy. We come to the conculsion that the process of morphogenesis for the chlamydospores of C. albicans can be observed clearly by scanning electron microscopy.

目的用扫描电镜观察白念珠菌厚膜孢子在液体培养基中形态发生过程。方法用改良液体培养基培养白念珠菌厚膜孢子,在不同培养时间收获离心,制备扫描电镜样品,然后观察不同培养时相厚膜孢子及假菌丝的形态。结果发现培养3小时芽生孢子发芽;5小时芽体延长;7小时次级芽体伸长,假菌丝形成,顶端孢子开始增大;9小时假菌丝延长,厚膜孢子进一步成熟;16小时厚膜孢子成熟;24小时见多数厚膜孢子和假菌丝。结论用该方法能清晰地观察及了解白念珠菌厚膜胞子形态发生过程。
