A novel differential pump system is presented. 介绍了用于超短超强激光脉冲 -脉冲气体靶相互作用研究的新型差分抽运系统 ,与高效高分辨率大面积透射光栅光谱仪配合 ,进行了超短激光脉冲辐照下氩气喷靶的软 X射线发射特性的实验研究。实验表明 ,该谱仪有足够的灵敏度参与超短强激光脉冲辐照气体靶的软 X射线产生、X射线激光乃至高次谐波实验的软 X射线光谱诊断工作。
