本文报告胰岛移植治疗糖尿病共20例,近期疗效达85%,其中1例老年糖尿病患者已持续停胰岛素1年又9个月。移植部位在腹腔小网膜腔或胸大肌内。病例系选择Ⅰ型糖尿病和Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中较长期需大剂量用胰岛素者(包括老年患者)。1例曾移植3次并有显著疗效者于同一植入部位两次取活检却未见胰岛样细胞生长。临床有效但形态学上未见供体存在的原因尚待进一步研究。

Under condition without cooling rate instrument, a cryopreservation method for human fetal pancreatic islet was established, by this means the higher survival rate and function of pancreatic islet was kept. It would be an available approach for extensive development in cryopreservation of islet.The results of activity determination of resuscitative cryopreservative islet shows: (1)the rate of survival is above 85% ̄90%; (2) the function of insulin secreating and response ability...

It would be an available approach for extensive development in cryopreservation of islet.The results of activity determination of resuscitative cryopreservative islet shows: (1)the rate of survival is above 85% ̄90%; (2) the function of insulin secreating and response ability to glucose is still kept; (3)β cells still have the ability of vigorous insulin biosynthesis and (4) the intact cellular and secretive structure are still maintained. It suggests that the cryopreservative human fetal islets still retain the biological function similar to the fresh one.

报告了一种在无速率冷冻装置条件下获得保持较高成活率和功能的胰岛冻存方法。冻存胰岛复苏后活性测定结果表明,(1)胰岛成活率为85%~90%;(2)保持了胰岛素的分泌功能和对葡萄糖的反应力;(3)β细胞可进行旺盛的胰岛素生物合成;(4)仍保持完整的细胞结构和分泌结构。提示人胚胎胰岛在冻存后仍有与新鲜胰岛相似的功能和活性。
