The characteristics of biomass air-steam gasification in a fluidized bed for hydrogen rich gas production were studied by experiments.The gasifying agent air was supplied into the reactor from the lower part of the reactor and steam was added into the reactor above biomass feeding location.The effects of reactor temperature,steam to biomass ratio ( S/B ),equivalence ratio ( ER ),and biomass particle size on gas composition and hydrogen production were investigated based on analysis of experimental data.From the experimental results,it can be seen that higher reactor temperature,proper ER and S/B (at present work,they were 0.23,2.02 respectively) and smaller biomass particle size will contribute to more hydrogen production.The highest hydrogen yield,71g H_2/kg biomass,was achieved at a reactor temperature of 900℃, ER of 0.23, S/B of 2.02.

The hydrogen-rich syngas produced by air-steam gasification of pine sawdust at 800℃ was used for direct dimethyl ether (DME) synthesis. The raw syngas contained large amount of CO_2. The stoichiometric adjustment can be accomplished by CH_4-CO_2 dry reforming reaction with addition of CH_4 under the condition of 700℃,0.1MPa. The H_2/CO ratio could be adjusted from 1.5 to 2.0. The content of CO_2 and CH_4 in the exit gas from the reforming reactor was below 3mol%. The optimized CH_4 addition rate was CH_4/CO_2=1....

The stoichiometric adjustment can be accomplished by CH_4-CO_2 dry reforming reaction with addition of CH_4 under the condition of 700℃,0.1MPa. The H_2/CO ratio could be adjusted from 1.5 to 2.0. The content of CO_2 and CH_4 in the exit gas from the reforming reactor was below 3mol%. The optimized CH_4 addition rate was CH_4/CO_2=1. The results of DME synthesis from biomass syngas under the condition of 260℃,4MPa,12000h-1 showed that biomass carbon conversion was above 70% and the selectivity to dimethyl ether in the synthesis reaction was 69.6%.

以松木粉为原料,采用空气 水蒸气气化制备了富氢气化气,通过添加甲烷重整富氢气化气,调整了合成气化学当量比,在260℃、4MPa、12000h-1条件下,对生物质合成气一步法合成二甲醚进行了实验研究。结果表明:引入甲烷重整,活化了富氢气化气中过量的CO2,甲烷的最佳加入量为CH4 CO2=1,生物质碳转化率达到70%以上,尾气中二甲醚选择性达到69.6%。
