In this paper, a new type frequency convert system with the IGBT main circuit was introduced . The system used the Intel MCS-96 series monolithic computer, the 80C196KC for logical operation and communication to upper computer. The 80C196MC was used for vector control calculation and occurence of SPWM module signal.

介绍了用 Intel的 MCS— 96系列 1 6位单片机 80 C1 96KC实现系统的逻辑控制和与上位机的联系 ,用 80 C1 96MC为中央处理单元进行矢量控制运算及产生 SPWM调制信号 ,主回路采用绝缘栅双极性晶体管 (IGBT ) ,组成了三相交流异步电动机的新型变频调速控制系统 ,对该控制系统的设计思路及要点进行了讨论。

The frequency-converting system of ESP should be matched reasonably because of disadvantageous factors caused by frequency changing. The basic principle and calculating theorem and fundamental procedure of the system matching are introduced. Several matching methods are provided, including the equal lift method, the variable lift method and the multi-point lift variable method.

由于变频机组存在因频率变化带来的诸多不利因素,需合理地进行配套设计。在介绍电动潜油泵变频配套的基本原则、计算法则和基本步骤后。给出了变频配套的3种设计方法,即等扬程变频配套设计、变扬程变频配套设计和多规定点变扬程变频配套设计。第一种方法在应用中扬程基本不变,井口压力稳定,但频率变化幅宽较大,频率降低时功率浪费现象较明显;第二种方法与第一种相比,频率变化幅宽较小,有利于变频控制和机组配套,但配套较复杂;第三种方法根据油井不同生产时期的产量和举升扬程的变化,确定相应的排量、扬程和频率,此种方法只在需求方要求时才采用。
