Objective To investigate the morphologic change of the endothelial cells in the surface of the grafts and the iliac artery after artificial blood vessel bypass. Methods Abstract Objective To investigate the morphologic change of the endothelial cells in the surface of the grafts and the iliac artery after artificial blood vessel bypass. Methods Fourteen male healthy macacas received 6?cm (3?mm diameter) common abdominal artery common iliac interposition with ePTFE grafts. Nontraumatic suture was used on the proximal anastomotic stomas and titanium stapler on the distal ends. After resected for four weeks, all anastomotic stomas checked with light microscopy and electroscopy. Results Complete intima coverage was also found in titanium stapler group; and much thrombus coverage was also found in suture group. Conclusions Only a slight injury occurs in titanium stapler for artery anastomosis but important role is plaped in preventing early thrombosis formation and anaphase intimal hyperplasia of the anastomotic stomas.

目的 探讨应用钛环钉行人工血管旁路术后人工血管及髂动脉腔表面内皮细胞形态学变化。方法 选用14 只健康雄性恒河猴,用3 mm 直径的ePTFE 人工血管置换左髂总动脉,近端用60 无创缝线吻合,远端用73Ⅱ型血管吻合器吻合。术后4 周,取出吻合口行光镜及电镜检查。结果 钛环钉组血管损伤反应轻,吻合口有完整内膜覆盖;而缝线组损伤反应重,吻合口内膜覆盖不完整,有血栓样组织沉积。结论 钛环钉组吻合口在术后4 周均形成完整的内膜,对预防吻合口早期血栓形成及晚期内膜增生有重要意义

Objective The evaluate the therapeutic effects of blood vessel bypass and arteriovenous reversal in the treatment of artero-sclerotie obturation at lower extremities.Methods From January 1998 to January 2005,109 patients(119 legs) were subjected to two kinds of procedures:(1)blood vessel bypass: femoral to popliteal arteria,and popliteal to tibioperoneal arteria;(2)arteriovenous reversal:superficial femoral artery to superficial femoral veins;and popliteal arteria to tibioperoneal veins.Results For the patients the followed-up of four months to five years,averaged 3 years,were taken.The 80 legs of blood vessel bypasses showed satisfactory results or improvement,except one case received amputation.The 39 legs of arteriovenous reversal showed satisfactory results without amputation.Conclusion There are different characteristic of the blond vessel bypass and arteriovenous reversal for curing legs.lt should be strictly selecting cases,mastering the technique of operation,so as to increase the surviving rate of leg.

目的评价血管旁路及动静脉转流术在治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症中的疗效。方法1998-01~2004-01对该病患者109例119条下肢.采用2种术式:①血管旁路:在股一胭动脉、腘-胫腓干动脉之间建立血管旁路;②动静脉转流:在股浅动脉-股浅静脉、腘动脉-胫腓干静脉之间建立动静脉转流,进行治疗观察。结果119条下肢随访4个月至5年,平均3年左右。血管旁路组79条下肢疗效满意或病情改善,1条截肢。动静脉转流组39条下肢疗效满意或病情改善,无截肢。结论血管旁路及动静脉转流在救治下肢动脉硬化闭塞症方面各有其优缺点,故应严格选择病例,掌握手术技巧,增加患肢救治率。

目的研究复合三维超声成像技术在肝肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法应用GEVoluson730三维超声成像系统对50个肝占位性病灶进行三维组织成像、三维血管成像及三维肿瘤体积精测。结果①彩色多普勒显示血管的断面图像,表现为点状、短棒状血管形态。彩色多普勒与三维超声成像技术的结合更易于显示肿瘤血管“抱球征”、“提篮征”、“周围血管绕行征”的立体构型。②三维超声对肿瘤体积的测量较二维超声精确。结论复合三维超声成像技术与传统的二维超声成像相比,有许多独特的优点,能提供更加丰富的诊断信息。
