Firstly, a kind of quantitative index of controlled responses called "tolerance control index" is presented which is in contrast to the standard asymptotic idea and owing to the high needs for the quickness and accur-acy, A class of structural control system with some bounded uncertainties subject to bounded uncertain loads is considered. Tolerance controlling specifications including the direct and clear response index and representation of robustness range are formulated in terms of neighborhoods in normed function spaces. Secondly, a set of robust design criteria of structural vibration control for the direct satisfaction of performance specifications, based primarily on fixed point and operator norm techniques, is established thro-ugh the state feedback control, which offers a quantitative design for high-precise structural vibration control problems. Thirdly, according to the eigenstructure assignment idea, an integrated optimum synthesis procedure for the robust controller is given so that the parameters of feedback controller are optimally obtained. Finally, Some considerations on the. applicability of such derived design procedure are demonstrated through a calculation example.

In this paper,the variable structure control problem is studied lor a class of affine nonlinear systems with uncertainty.Based on analyzing and synthesizing the aigorithm of variable structure robust control (VSRC),a new variable structure robust adaptive control (VSRAC) algorithem is proposed which exhibits the following properties:1)The VSRAC algorithm docs not need a priori estimation on the bound of uncertainty,an adaptive algorithm for the on-line estimation of the bound is constructed and VSRAC is only dependent on this estimation j 2) The VSRAC algorithm can guarantee not only the insensitiviry of system in sliding mode to uncertainty or the bound of uncertainty,but also the satisfactory dynamical performance of system obtained;3) The control law is continuous which therefore obviates the undesirable phenomenon known as chattering in variable structure systems.To apply the algorithms developed above to practical systems,the control probelm of a two-link manipulator end-effector with uncertain load is considered and satisfactory results are obtained.

本文针对一类不确定非线性系统,通过状态微分同坯变换和反馈控制建立了系统的变结构鲁棒控制设计过程,并在此基础上提出了一种新型的变结构鲁棒自适应控制算法。该算法优点是:1)不需要确切知道系统不确定性,也不需要知道不确定性的界,而是利用自适应规律对系统不确定性范围进行在线估计;2)能够保证系统获得较为满意的动态性能;3)控制规律是连续性的,因而避免了一般变结构系统中的不连续控制所导致的颤振现象。为了说明本文所提算法的正确性,本文还以二连杆机械手为例讨论了其终端夹持不定载荷时的轨迹跟踪问题。

This paper presents a novel mefhod for right-of-way selection in power network planning. By making compromise between the least line load moment and the largest load demand satisfaction degree, the right-of-way selection under uncertain load forecasting is well resolved. The proposed method is verified with numerical cxamples of practical system.

提出了一种在电网规划中线路路径选择的新方法。通过在线路负荷矩最小与各用户负荷需求满足程度最大之间求最佳折衷平衡,解决了负荷预测不确定情况下的路径优化问题。文中算例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
