In this paper,the system model and tension model of two stand H profiled bar rolling mill are deduced. Based on this, the control strategy of the combination of the fuzzy control and PID control is used to the micro tension control system. At the same time, to consider width require, the asymmetry method to control rule table is presented. The simulation and test results show that this way can improve dynamical and static performance of the system.

从H型钢的两机架轧制入手 ,推导出H型钢两机架轧制的系统模型和张力模型。在此基础之上 ,采用模糊控制与PID控制方式相结合的控制策略 ,设计了微张力模糊控制系统。同时考虑到轧件宽度的要求 ,模糊控制规则表采用了不对称取法。仿真与试验结果表明 ,该控制方法很好地改善了系统的动态特性 ,提高了稳态精度

H profiled bar fire-resistant capability between the fire-resistant and weathering construction steel newly developed in Wuhan Steel and conventional construction steel Q235 was compared . The better fire-resistant capability of WGJ510C2 can be realized with better heat insulated coat.

在实验室条件下,对武钢研制生产的高性能耐火耐候建筑用钢WGJ510C2和普通建筑结构用钢 Q235 进行了中型炉耐火试验的对比分析,结果表明:两种钢在不同涂料以及同一涂料不同厚度下,其耐火极限均有明显的差异。在裸露条件下,WGJ510C2的耐火极限明显优于 Q235;同一涂料,在一定厚度范围内,随着防火涂料厚度的增加,耐火钢的优势也增大;对于不同的防火涂料,如使用隔热性能好的涂料,则耐火钢的优势更大,即良好的防火涂料的隔热效果更能充分发挥耐火钢的优势。

Based on the two-stand continuous rolling,according to H profiled bar continuous rolling system model and tension model,the transmutation structure controller of fuzzy PID is applied to realize distension control or micro-tension control.The simulation results indicate that this control method can improve the systems dynamical performance and enhance its static precision contrasting than the traditional PID control system.

以二机架连轧为基础,根据H型钢连轧装置的系统模型和张力模型,采用模糊PID的变形结构控制器,实现无张力控制或微张力控制。仿真结果表明,该控制方法比传统PID控制更好的改善了系统的动态性能,提高了稳态精度。
