The separation and detemination of the extrctable organic components (HMX, C2 and NG+BTTN) in NEPE propellent are investigated. NEPE propellant samples were soaked in the purified THF for 24h; then, heat and stir the solution in 50℃ for 5 h. HMX, C2 and mixed Nitrate in the extract were separated and determined by NP-HPLC. The relative standard deviations of HMX, C2 and NG+BTTN are 0.31%, 1.20% and 2.19%, respetively.

At NP HPLC method, the column was silica gel column, the mobile phase was ethyl acatate methanol formic acid ethanol(75∶10∶5∶10), the λ max was 280 nm, the column temperature was maintained at 30℃, The average recovery was 99 6%. At ion pair chro matography method,the column was C 18 silica particles,the mobile phase was (acetonitrile tetrahydrofuran=150∶50) 0.1% sodium heptanesulfonate(23∶77), the λ max was 280 nm, the column temperature was maintained at 30℃, The average recovery was 99.0%. The advantage of the NP HPLC was accurate reproducible, simple. The selectivity was better than the IP HPLC.

建立了正相色谱法测定博利康尼片中硫酸特布他林含量的方法,采用硅胶柱,以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸-乙醇(75∶10∶5∶10)为流动相,检测波长280nm,柱温30℃,方法精密度RSD为1.07%,回收率为99.6%,重现性RSD为1.08%。同时采用离子对色谱法,用ODS色谱柱,以(乙腈-四氢呋喃=150∶100)-0.1%庚烷磺酸钠溶液(23∶77)为流动相,检测波长为280nm,柱温30℃,方法精密度RSD为0.63%,回收率为99.0%,重现性RSD为1.15%。并对两种方法进行比较。
