The author recommended that the study of the oil and grease materials which have only single property of antirust or lubrication must be changed into the study of multifunctional universal oil and grease materials having the properties of antirust, lubrication and oxidation resistance etc. in order to suit the development of mechanical industry. At last the trend of devolopment of synthesising multifunctional antirust and lubricating additives was analyzed and predicted.

By analysing the characteristics of oil and grease in this paper,that dynamic lubrcating film of oil and grease can be studied by the same Navier—Stokes equation,under the normal rotating condition of the spiral grooved bearing,was put forword. On the basis of the"Parallel Grooves Model" theory for the spiral grooved bearings the generalisted differential equation for the smoothed pressure of the lubricating film was derived. An approximate analytical solution of the equation can be obtained with the perturbation method, the optimum groove configuration of the bearing for which the stiffness of the bearing has a maximun was yielded by optimizing calulation. Discussing was put emphasis upon the stablity of the bearingr for which the result shows: the stablity of spiral grooved bearings are better. At the same time. experiments were done for grease lubricated journal sprral grooved bearing. the testing results are identical with the theory analysing rasults.

本文通过对油和脂的特性分析,提出了在螺旋槽轴承正常运转条件下,油和脂的动力润滑膜可用同一Navier—Stokes方程来研究。根据螺旋槽轴承的平行槽模型理论,求得螺旋槽轴承光滑压力的广义微分方程式,由摄动法求得微分方程的近似解析解。通过优化计算,得到最大刚度下螺旋槽轴承参数的最优值。并着重对轴承的稳定性进行了讨论。研究结果表明:螺旋槽轴承具有很好的稳定性。同时,我们进行了实验研究,其结果与理论分析是吻合的。
