In this paper three electromagnetic scattering similitude laws for the model measurements of lossy target are presented. The Radar Cross Section(RCS) of the measured model can be transfered to the RCS of the full-size target (prototype) by using one of the similitude laws.The scope of application,similarity requirement, induced similarity ratio of RCS and experimentel results for the three similitude laws are also given. The experimental re-sults for the first similitude law shows that the agreement between measured result of the prototype and the result transfered through the modelling measurement is very good. The transfered error is about 1-2 dB. The exact solution of the conducting sphere coated with dielectric material is also used to verify the three laws. The second and the third laws can be uaed in the full band with transfer error less than 1 dB. The first law can only be used in optics region and there is large error in the Rayleigh and resonant region.

本文提出了三个对有耗介质目标进行散射缩比测量时,所应遵循的相似法则。只要满足其中一个相似法则,就可以把所测的模型雷达散射截面(RCS)变换为原型的RCS。文中给出了三个相似法则的使用范围,相似条件及RCS诱导相似比。对第一相似律进行了实验验证,结果表明:原型的实测结果与由模型测量结果所变换的原型结果吻合很好,变换误差为1~2dB。同时,用电磁介质涂敷金属球的精确解,对三个相似律进行了验证,结果表明,第二、第三相似律可适用于全频段,变换误差小于1dB。第一相似律只适用于光学区,在Rayleign区和谐振区有较大误差。

Electromagnetic scattering scale-measurement to lossy targets is an unavoidable step in the development of stealthy and anti-stealthy technology. Drawing on the experience of the principle of similitude in hydrodynamics, the formula of similitude-criterion concerning the surface impedance of target is proposed in this paper. By means of this simple formula, the RCS of prototype can be deduced by the measured values of two modelling targets coated with different kind of absorbent materials.

有耗雷达目标的电磁散射缩比测量是飞行器隐身、反隐身技术发展过程中不可缺少的组成部分。根据量纲分析原理,提出了关于有耗雷达目标表面阻抗的相似准则关系式。应用这个简便的关系式,可从采用不同吸波材料的两次模型实测值来推断原型目标的雷达散射截面。

In this paper, the theory of similarity and dimensional analysis are used for the scaling measurements of EOS of lossy targets'. Scaling calculation formulas between the prototype and models have been derived. By means of these formulas, the EOS of the prototype can be inferred precisely from the measured values of models, even though they do not meet the condition of physical similarity.

该文将相似理论应用于有耗雷达目标散射截面的缩比测量,并按照因次分析方法导出了目标原型与模型间的缩比计算公式.根据这些公式,可以从不满足物理缩比条件的有耗模型的测量值准确推断目标原型的雷达散射截面.
