The hot shortness mechanism in the temperature range 1050—1250℃ of mild steels, containing 0.1—0.4% Cu, 0.1—0.4% As, 0.01—0.03% Sn, has been investigated by means of hot bend tests, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and electron probe. The deleterious effects due to surface enrichment of As and Cu and the oxidation at austenite grain boundaries appear to be the main cause of hot shortness of the material.

The influence of residual contents of Cu and Sn, heating temperature and holding time on reticulated surface cracking in plain carbon steel, grade 3, was investigated by means of hot bending method. The results obtained in laboratory have been verified in industry test. Results show that the heating temperature is the main factor in controlling reticulated surface cracking. For the steel with higher residual Cu and Sn, rolling at higher temperature is effective for preventing reticulated surface cracking....

本试验以热弯曲为变形方式,在实验室条件下研究了钢3中的Cu、Sn残余元素含量、加热温度、加热时间与“表面热脆”的关系。并通过工业性试验初步验证了实验室试验结果。试验表明,含Cu、Sn普碳钢影响“表面热脆”的主要因素是“加热温度”。Cu、Sn残余元素含量较高的普碳钢采用“高温轧制”工艺可避免轧材产生“表面热脆”。

The process of pipe bending takes up a large proportion in the construction of technological pipeline systems. In order to get desirable bends, this paper mainly describes the technologies of cold bending and hot bending of pipe materials of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. It also describes the technology of heat treatment after bending. The materials abroad and at home are referred in this paper for comparision and adoption.

弯管加工在整个工艺管道系统的施工中占有较大比重,为了在现场弯管加工作业中能获得理想的产品,本文着重阐述碳钢、合金钢和不锈钢管材的冷弯、热弯和弯后热处理工艺,并引用了国内外的有关资料,供比较应用.
