本文运用模式识别中的统计决策方法对焊接缺陷超声回波信号进行分类识別,以达到区分平面型焊接缺陷(裂纹)和体积型焊接缺陷(夹渣、气孔)的超声回波信号之目的。试验研究表明,本文采用的方法具有一定的可靠性和可行性。经过对32个实际焊接缺陷超声回波信号的分类识别,平面型缺陷的正确分类率为86%,体积型缺陷的正确分类率为78%;总正确分类率为81%。

The well cementation quality control equipment with Ultrasonic frequency spectrum iswidely used in practice.Adesign method for a downhole cartridge simulator to be used in theequipment with a memory for directly storing 2PSK signal of the pattern characteristics isproposed.The software phase modulation technique has been adopted.The inverse π phe-nomenon is eliminated and the stability and reliability of the system are improved.The hard-ware circuit is simplified and the equipment cost is reduced.

The system software is composed of many techniques of modern digital signal managing technique, such as correlation analysis, spectral estimation, system analysis, pattern recognition and neural networks. The system has been used for analyzing quatitutively and quantitatively the character of three different kinds of defects which are cycle holes, horizon slots and incline slots (samples, 39).

介绍了智能超声频谱无损检测系统的设计和试验研究.该系统采用实时高速数据采集(ADC,KSV3208),与发射-接收系统及自动提取缺陷电路等一起构成了系统的硬件.将相关分析、谱估计、系统分析、模式识别与神经网络等现代数字信号处理技术应用到整个系统中,构成了系统软件.利用本系统成功地对平槽、圆孔、斜槽(样本数为3×8)进行了定性、定量分析
