    This paper presents a method of determining the equivalent vertical spring constant of layered subsoil. In this case the only one vibrating mass is the piston, which rigidly connected the moving clamp of chain as a whole body with one degree of freedom. 2. Breaking test on testing machine with leaf spring isolators between machine and foundation. In this case vibrations of two vibrating masses with two degrees of freedom have been discussed. 3. Strength test on testing machine with leaf spring isolators. The effect of machine frame has been taken into consideration, and thus it forms a system of three masses with three degrees of freedom. 4. The effect of accumulator during breaking test. This is a problem of vibration with variable spring constant.In each case formulas for calculating shock pressure wave in main cylinder and displacements of vibrating masses have been derived. In order to clarify the characteristics of vibrations, numerical examples are worked out in each case. The results of these examples clearly show that installing the accumulator and leaf spring isolators are effective measures to minimize the influence of shock vibration.

The simulation progr-ams based on the mathematical model of its attenuation characteristics would pre-dict the feasibility of this adjustable system. A pilot system was constructed to veri-fy its effectiveness and the simulation model. Eleven tests have been couducted by using this pilot system on a vibration exciter. The results show that this system is adjustable through simple mechanism. The matching qf the charateristic parameters with the weights of tractor-operators is optimized and the selecting procedure for the charateristic parameters is summarized.

    鉴于常规的质量-弹簧-阻尼系统的特性参数不能适应驾驶员体重的不同而加以调节,本文提出和研究一种可调节等效弹簧刚度和等效阻尼系数的驾驶座位悬架系统。文中论证了它的调节原理,建立了计算其传递系数的数学模型;进行了计算机模拟以预估其减振性能及调节效果;设计和制作了试验样机并进行了台架试验。研究和试验的结果表明,这是一种结构简单而行之有效的调节机构,能够简便地实现座位悬架系统的特性参数与驾驶员不同体重的最佳匹配。文章最后归纳提出了合理选择该悬架系统的特性参数的方法和程序。
