The principle and implement method of a new modulation scheme——Smoothed Three LevelFM are given and it is compared with GTFM and GMSK. Then, the block diagram of a data transmission system by using above three modulations in a mobile radio network is shown. The bit error rate of three modulations in a fast fading channel with cochannel interference is evaluated. Finally, the performance gain is estimated when a FEC code-(2,1,106) spread convolutional code is used in the system.

This paper simulates the model.By introducing time probability and land probability. It can give out the territory range of a base station coverage which reaches any voice grade under T% probability and L% probability,and its corresponding border parameter design.This paper optimizes some parameters of the base station,such as the transmitter power,the border field strength,the antenna chart,the altitude of the base station antenna and territorial,and analyze the simulation results.The results show that the scheme is feasible and available.

阐述了一种更精确的计算移动通信覆盖区场强的方法和数学模型并对此进行了软件仿真,在此设计中引入了时间概率和地点概率,并给出了在任意的时间概率T%、地点概率L%达到任一话音等级的基站覆盖区地理范围及其几何参数的设计。它结合发射功率、基站覆盖区的边界场强、天线方向图、基站天线的高度等条件对基站进行最优化设计,并对仿真结果进行了分析。说明此优化设计是一个切实可行的、有效的方案。
