The polymeric state of hematoporphyrin (HP) under physiological conditions and in aqueous solution has been studied by spectrum analysis. From application of Kasha's theory on the difference spectrum between HP monomer and dimer, we have estimated that the distance between xanthene planes of HP is 0.528 nm and these planes form the cross angle 20°in dimer molecules (Fig. 3). The relationship between the energy transmission of HPHSA and the solution state is discussed. The relationship between the photochemical mechanism of curing malignant tumours and the fluorescence character of HP-HSA is discussed.

As the model for, understanding the structutre of biomenbrane-the micellar effect on the solution state of methylene blue was discussed.With the application of Kasha' s theory, the relationship between spectral character and the polymeric state of the light sensitzer agent is discussed. The distance between planes of the dimer molecules of methylene blue in solution is r=14.09A, and these planes from the cross angle θ=83°.The effect of surfactants on the absorption spectrum of the system was described.The results show cycloamylase on discoloring prevention of methylene blue has an appreciable action.It is one of the best systems for studying photochemical therapeutics of methylene blue.

本文应用光谱法研究了亚甲蓝作为一种新的光化学治疗增敏剂在水溶液中的聚集状态。应用Kasha理论探讨了光敏剂聚集状态与光谱特征间的关系,求出光敏剂亚甲蓝在水溶液中的二聚体间面间距离为r=14.09,面间夹角为θ=83°。探讨了表面活性剂、β-环糊精添加物质对亚甲蓝溶液状态的影响。并初步研究了其对亚甲蓝光化学性质的影响,结果认为:β-环糊精对亚甲蓝具有光稳定性作用,试探讨了光化学特性与光敏剂在光化学治疗有效性间的关系。

The polymeric state of silicate anions and aluminate anions were studied by means of ̄(27)Al NMR, UV-Vis spectra and silicate molybate method. It was found that the state of reaction products is affected by the polymeric state of silicate anions. The reaction between mono-aluminate anions and polymeric silicate anions(polymeric degree> 40)results in the formation of a gel,but during the reaction of mono-aluminate anions with mono- or di-silicate anions a precipitate was formed....

The reaction between mono-aluminate anions and polymeric silicate anions(polymeric degree> 40)results in the formation of a gel,but during the reaction of mono-aluminate anions with mono- or di-silicate anions a precipitate was formed. The hydrothermal crystallization behaviour was also studied under the same conditions. Zeolites A, X, Y and P were crystallized in the area of precipitate, mixture, gel and sol respectively.

用核磁共振技术、紫外吸收光谱和硅钼酸反应等方法研究了反应体系中硅酸根离子和铝酸根离子的聚合态。发现反应产物的形态与硅酸根的聚合态有关,单态铝酸根离子与高聚硅酸根离子(聚合度>40)反应生成凝胶;单态铝酸根离子与单态或二聚态硅酸根离子反应生成沉淀。本文还研究了相同条件下的水热晶化行为,在沉淀区、混合区、凝胶区和溶胶区分别晶化得到沸石A、X、Y和P。
