Pipe Climber is a device used to detect the defects of pipelines in high speed based on the theory of electromagnetic inspection. The device is especially suitable for detecting underground oil or gas transportation pipelines. The signals it tested can be amplified, the noise removed,and the data compressed, encoded and saved in RAM or Tape. After Pipe Climber comes out of pipelines, the data is fed to an analytic system firstly and decoded to resume testing graph secondly, and lastly, the system could find flaws' direction and degree and make sure of their accurate locations on the pipelines. These flaws are divided into eight parts around the pipeline's circumference.Researches indicate that the presented nondestructive testing system has the characteristics of detecting rapidly and testing every area without any omission.

基于管道电磁高速检测原理的“管道爬行器”是一种高速探伤装置 ,专对地下油气输送管道在线检测 ,检测的数据在其内经过放大、消噪声 ,再通过多路复用和压缩编码等压缩后存入 RAM或 Tape中 ,最后通过控制分析系统 ,并经去压缩解码器恢复成检测图形曲线。研究证明 ,高速检测系统能准确识别轴向和沿圆周 8等分区间缺陷位置及等级 ,具有检测速度快、无漏检等特点

Based on the theory of magnetic flux leakage testing, a device was designed for on line high speed inspection of underground oil or gas transportation pipelines without any omission. Signals were amplified, noise reduced, compressed and stored up in RAM or tape. After the device getting out of the pipeline, the data were decoded to form testing graph and the defects could be accurately located and identified.

基于高速漏磁检测原理 ,设计一种高速探伤装置 ,专门对地下油气输送管道在线高速检测 ,具有速度快、无漏检等特点。检测数据经过放大、消噪、压缩后存入RAM或磁带中。检测装置钻出管道后 ,RAM或磁带中数据与车载的检测控制、分析系统联系 ,经去压缩解码器恢复成检测图形曲线。高速检测系统能准确识别缺陷的位置和类型。
