In this paper, the conditions for the spectrophotometric determination of microamount of copper with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate in water solution are studied. In the range of 0-60μg Cu/25ml. Beer's law is obeyed in this systematic analysis. The proposed method is simple and rapid in operation. It has been used for the determination of available copper in soil, and the analytical results agree well with that of ASS method.

本文研究了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(铜试剂)水相光度法测定微量铜(Ⅱ)的条件.在乳化剂OP(聚乙二醇辛基本基醚)存在的情况下.在pH8.5的缓冲介质中,铜(Ⅱ)与铜试剂形成棕黄色的配合物,显色体系在454nm处有最大吸收,其表观摩尔吸光系数为1.43×104L/mol·cm,铜(Ⅱ)含量在0-60μg/25ml范围内服从比耳定律.该方法简便、快速,应用于土壤有效铜的测定,结果与原子吸收法基本一致.

通过多年田间试验研究甘蓝氮钾配施的增产效应和对砂姜黑土养分的影响。结果表明:增施氮钾肥对冬甘蓝的生长有明显的促进作用,施钾的增产幅度为19.0%~49.3%,氮钾配施产量提高14.4%~63.2%,平均增产27.6%和35.3%。施用钾氮肥可有效提高土壤有机质、全N、有效P、速效K、缓效K、有效B和有效Zn、Mn含量,促使土壤pH趋于中性,对全P、碱解N和有效Cu含量影响较小。
