Introducing a few thousands of silk glue into slurries of cement of grade G and 75℃ greatly enlarges their setting-up times and decreases their fluid losses,their rheological behavior is also improved,even in the presence of CaCl_2 Combinations of silk glue with synthetic polymer additives such as Lw-J give good results in increasing setting-up times of slurries.

本文采用室内评价方式,探索了丝胶作为固井水泥浆外加剂的可行性。丝胶对固井水泥浆失水有良好的控制作用,常温、7大气压30分钟的失水可控制为6毫升。丝胶有强烈的缓凝性,水浴中养护凝结时间达10小时以上。丝胶也能改善水泥浆的流动性能。

The cement slurry with higher temperature had priorlty to enter the initial setting period and began to loss weight after returning to the annulus. Thls made the lower cement slurry without being solidified absorbed into fluid from higher pressure formation and began to discharge into the lower pressure formation,, it was defined as "fluid loss and suction with inverted sequence"for cement slurry. So the cementing of slurry is always from bad quality. This paper analyzed the reason for "fluid loss and suction with inverted sequence" and gave precautions.With the field test of some wells, the optimlzation of types and dosages of filtrate loss reduction additive for cement slurry is beneficial for improving cementing quality.

调整井固井质量往往不高,这是由于长期大量的注水采油,使地层压力、温度和水泥浆的吸热环境发生了变化。再由于固井工艺的特点,决定了返至环空水泥浆的温度最高点不在井底油层段,而在距井底一定距离的地方。返至环空后,温度高的水泥浆优先进入初凝期,并开始失重,使下部未凝固的水泥浆吸纳较高压力地层的流体,同时加速向低压层失水,这就是水泥浆的“异位吞吐”,结果使水泥浆固井质量不高。文中分析了水泥浆“异位吞吐”的原因,并提出了预防措施。经数十口井试验,只要采取优选水泥浆降失水剂的类型和剂量的措施,对提高固井质量十分有效。

This paper reviews the domestic and overseas research and applications of fluid loss additives for cement slurry, including fluid loss material used in the past and now, and recent developments of the material. These materials include particulates, water-soluble modified natural polymer and water-soluble synthesized polymer, and inorganic or organic particulate materials. This paper reviews the domestic and overseas research and applications of fluid loss additives for cement slurry, including fluid loss material used in the past and now, and recent developments of the material. These materials include particulates, water-soluble modified natural polymer and water-soluble synthesized polymer, and inorganic or organic particulate materials. Water-soluble natural polymers include cellulose, lignin,starch,lignite,tannin,guar and casein etc. Due to various categories and good performance of water-soluble synthesized polymer materials, they have become hotspots in the field. In addition, this paper makes some comments on the material developing trend.

综述了国内外油井水泥降失水剂的研究应用情况,包括过去和当前应用的降失水材料以及近年来最新研究开发的材料。这些材料包括颗粒材料、水溶性改性天然高分子和水溶性合成高分子材料,无机或有机颗粒材料。水溶性天然高分子材料有纤维素、淀粉、木质素、褐煤、单宁、瓜尔胶、干酪素等。水溶性合成高分子材料性能优异、种类繁多,已成为研究热点。另外,对于油井水泥降失水剂的发展趋势谈了一些看法。
