Oxidation of hydroquinone catalyzed by this complex at 25℃ exhibits a typical Michaelis-Menten kinetic behavior. Cu(Ⅱ) complex of poly(4-vinylpyridine) partially quaternized by ethyl bromide (EBQP4VP) possesses the character of oxidase analogue. Oxidation of hydroquinone catalyzed by this complex at 25℃ exhibits a typical Michaelis-Menten kinetic behavior. The molecular chain conformation and electrostatic effects of the complex vary with the variations of "static"-microchemical environment and "dynamic"-solution condition. When the hydroquinone concentration of the polymer domain, pH value of solution, KCl concentration, or the temperature of solution increases, or the degree of quaternization (Q) of the polymer-ligand decreases, or the ethanol composition is high or low, the reduced viscosity (ηsp/C) decreases correspondently, an intrapolymer chelate is formed, the shape of polymer-ligand chain is markedly crimple, to give a contractive conformation in favour of the electrostatic attraction and electron transfer between the neutral hydroquinone or hemihydroquinone anion and Cu2+ ion in EBQP4VP-Cu(Ⅱ) complex chain with positive charge, hence the catalytic activity of hydroquinone oxidation increases. Contra-rily, when the hydroquinone concentration of the polymer domain, pH value of solution, KCl concentration, or the temperature of solution decreases, or Q value of the polymer-ligand increases, or the ethanol composition is intermediate, the reduced viscosity increases correspondently, the formation of intrapolymer chelate is weakened, the shape of polymer-ligand chain tends to extension, presenting an expanded conformation unfavorable to the electrostatic attraction and electron transfer between neutral hydroquinone or negative hemihydroquinone and Cu2+ ion in Cu(Ⅱ)-EBQP4VP complex chain with positive charge, thus the catalytic activity of hydroquinone oxidation decreases. But both the reduced viscosity of the polymer complex solution and its catalytic activity decrease with the increasing of Cu(Ⅱ) ion concentration.

The reference data of C50 are: CrO35-30g/1, NaF 0-2-1.0g/1, additive A 0.2-0.9ml/l, the temperature of solution 30-55℃, the temperature of plate 60-80℃, the temperature of baking 90-120℃, the time of reaction 4-6s, and the pH value of solution 0.9-1.3. It is also shown that the ratio chromium(III) to chromium(VI) in film can directly affect the corrosion resistance, additive A has the function of transfering chromium( III) into chro-mium(VI) in film during the surface chemical reaction. All the above-men- tioned reference data can affect the corrosion resistance, and the effect of pH value of solution is more marked. In addition, the solution/plate intersurface chemical reaction was probed in this study.

It has been confirmed in practice that separating of gold from silver in acidic thiourea solution by means of decreasing the temperature of solution then crystallization is a very effective method.The optimum technical conditions are obtained as follows:pH-1.5,Temp.-0℃,the content of gold-1000mg/l,the concentration of thiourea-3g/l,crystalliz- ing time around 25 minutes,the more contents of silver,the better.The crystalline obtained by directly ignitignitinging is silver powder of purity over 99%.

经试验证明,用降温结晶法从酸性硫脲溶液分离金和银,乃是一种有效的方法。实验获得了在硫酸硫脲溶液分离金、银的较优工艺条件:pH1.5,金浓度<1000毫克/升,银含量越高越好,游离硫脲浓度3克/升,结晶温度0℃,结晶时间25分钟左右,结晶产物灼烧后金属纯度达99%以上。
