The drift tests were carried out and the disk classification depending on its drift potential was suggested in the paper.

The characteristic velocities in both cases were related to the pulsation intensity as: V 0/ (cm·s -1 )= 9.69 exp[-0.475 Af / (cm·s -1 )] , where V 0 is characteristic velocitiy, A is pulsation amplitude (cm) and f is pulsation frequency (Hz). The results indicate that the pulsed extraction column provides high operating capacity and stability using a standard nozzle plate rather than other cartridge geometry nozzle plates.

Being a flow base link of importance and to be changed continuously, correct, stable and reliable standard nozzles, especially flow characteristics requirement, will be relevant to the pump quality debugging and efficiency and also influence the environmental protection and energy saving parameters of the diesel engine. This paper introduces gas measurement planning of S and T series pintle nozzle and correct approaches of strict implementation ISO4010 Standard of standard pintle nozzle measurement. Is that case, accuracy and reliability of flow value measurement can be guaranteed, while solving the problem of pintle nozzle in the practical use.

气测流量法是喷油咀偶件加工过程中常用的一种快捷、方便、有效、且又经济的测试手段。它在对流量基准传递工具——轴针式标准喷油嘴的测试方面也占有重要的一席。标准喷油咀作为一个非常重要的、且需不断更换的流量基准环节,其正确、稳定、可靠、特别是流量特性要求的实现将直接关系到油泵的调试质量和效率,也影响到柴油机的环保和节能的达标。本文详细介绍了S、T系列轴针式喷油咀气测方案的策划过程和严格贯彻“ISO4010道路车辆——轴针式标准喷油咀偶件测量标准”的正确途径,进而使流量值测定的精确度和置信度得到了可靠的保证,解决了轴针式标准喷油嘴在应用中的一大难题,填补了国内空白。
