For rotating blood pump,the sealing problem is a very important one to solve.In this paper,it is introduced that we designed and made a small axial flow pump,applying the magnetic coupling method.The pump consist of a pump body,a brushless DC motor,an impeller,a pair of magnetic discs,a spacer,a blood trough ,a support frame,etc.The pump is made of titanium and is 125mm length,147ml volume,total 380g of weight.Performances of outputting,sealing,heat creating and damage to blood by the pump were investigated.Results showed for external experiment that:①The flow rate of the pump was 6 8L/min against 120mmHg pressure when the rotation speed was 8000rpm.②The surface temperature of the pump didn't change obviously in 120 hours of rotation,and the sealing function was very well.③For vivo experiment,free hemoglobin in blood plasma increased but fibrinogen didn't change obviously,and,at the end there was some micro thrombi at kidney of sheep and at inlet and outlet of the pump after 24 hours.There was no thrombus at the brain and other abdominal organs.

为了更好地解决旋转式叶片血泵的密封问题 ,本文中采用磁耦合驱动方式 ,设计、加工一小型轴流血泵。血泵由泵体、直流无刷电机、叶轮、一对磁片、隔膜、导流槽和支撑架等部件构成 ,总长度 12 5 m m,容积147m1,材料是 TC4钛合金 ,总重量 380 g。体外和在体试验中分别测试血泵的动力学输出、密封、产热和血液破坏等性能。结果显示 :1体外试验中 ,血泵旋转速度 80 0 0 rpm时输出为 6 .8L / m in、 12 0 mm Hg。 2在 12 0小时的连续运转过程中 ,血泵的表面温度变化较小 ;密封性能也较好。 3 2 4小时的在体试验中 ,血浆中游离血红蛋白含量逐渐增大 ,纤维蛋白原未发生明显变化 ;除血泵的进出接口处和动物肾脏发现微小血栓外 ,脑部和其它腹部脏器未发现血栓。

血泵对血液的破坏程度是衡量血泵性能的一个重要指标。本文针对三种叶片式血泵即离心泵、轴流泵、混流泵的溶血试验做一比较分析。在试验中 ,选用了我们研制的Ⅰ型离心血泵、磁耦合型轴流血泵、螺旋混流泵。在一封闭管道中 ,注入新鲜抗凝羊血 5 0 0ml,水浴温度 37℃ ,血泵辅助流量为 5L min ,平均压力10 0mmHg,分别在泵转后 0、 0 5、 1 0、 1 5、… 4 0h测量血浆中游离血红蛋白 (FHB)和纤维蛋白原 (FIB)含量 ,最后计算出三个血泵整个过程中的标准溶血指数NIH。结果表明三种血泵对血液都有一定的破坏 ,它们的NIH值分别为 0 112 5± 0 0 15 7g 10 0L、 0 0 931± 0 0 137g 10 0L和 0 0 5 6 1± 0 0 0 5 8g 10 0L ,由此可得出混流泵对血液的破坏最小。

Objective To investigate the mechanism of damage to blood-brain barrier (BBB), correlating with the changes of water channel localized at the peri-vascular foot processes of astrocytes in the rats with experimental head injury. Method Thirty-two adult male SD rats were divided randomly into the designated groups, i.e. 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 6 days, and 11 days after the injury and control groups. A reported impact-acceleration head injury model was used. The immunoreactivity of endothelial barrier antigen (EBA) and aquaporin-4 (AQP4) in injured brains were assessed by immunohistochemistry. Image analysis was also used to quantify the negative reaction area in the contused focus. Results Loss of immunoreactivity of EBA and AQP4 were observed in the contused focal cortex with damage to BBB 1 day after the injury. The negative reaction area of AQP4 in the core of contusion was significantly larger than that of EBA in 1 day group, when exposed to the same intensity of injury (P<0.05). EBA re-expression in the contused focus started from the third day after the injury. However, re-expression of AQP4 began from the 6th day onwards. Conclusion Development of vasogenic edema in focal contusion is associated with the changes in both EBA and AQP4. Damage to the water channel at the foot processes of astrocytes is significantly more severe than that to the endothelial barrier function.

目的研究实验性脑创伤中内皮细胞屏障的损伤修复以及与位于星形细胞足突的Ⅳ型水通道的关系。方法成年雄性SD大鼠32只,随机分入对照组,伤后1h组,4h组,1d组,3d组,6d组和11d组。在大鼠重度冲击加速性伤模型中,应用免疫组化法观察脑创伤灶中内皮屏障抗原(EBA)和Ⅳ型水通道蛋白(AQP4)免疫反应性在不同时点的动态改变。采用图像分析技术对挫伤病灶免疫反应性进行定量分析。结果在血脑屏障损伤的皮质挫伤灶,伤后1dAQP4和EBA免疫反应性明显消失,AQP4阴性反应区面积明显大于EBA阴性反应区(P<0.05)。伤后3d,EBA表达重新出现。伤后6d,EBA表达延伸至挫伤中心区,AQP4表达始见于边缘。伤后11d,二者免疫反应性基本恢复。结论挫伤灶血管源性水肿形成同时伴有内皮屏障功能和星形细胞足突水通道的改变。同一创伤强度下,星形细胞足突AQP4损伤范围较内皮EBA大,恢复较慢。
