The material had been tested by the authoritative organization, The mechanical characterics was accordance with the standard demands of ZBC——3320--1987....

The material had been tested by the authoritative organization, The mechanical characterics was accordance with the standard demands of ZBC——3320--1987. It was also in accordance with. the relevant technical index demands of ISO- 1587. Among them absorption of water and solvent value, etc. were better than the relevant index. The result of the biological safety tested had showed that the ceUs poison of that material was of Grade 1 (accorsing to 0- 5 Grade Division ). The report showed only the slight cytotoxicity, There was no evident irritation to the oral mucosa. The material could be kept for 6 months under 10℃, and the filled plasticity was still in accordance with the demands. Through clinical application, the manufacture effect proved satisfactory.

对新型胶状基托树脂的机械物理和生物性能进行测试。其机械物理性能符合ZBC—33020—1987标准要求,亦达到ISO-1567标准所列相关技术指标要求。其中吸水性,溶解值等均优于相关指标。生物性能测试结果显示,该材料的细胞毒性为1级。即只有极轻微的细胞毒性。对口腔粘膜亦无明显刺激,材料在5~10℃下密闭贮藏6个月,其充填塑性仍符合要求,经临床试用,制作效果良好。

A primer which was used to improved the adhesion of visible light - curing soft denture liner to denture base resin (PMMA) was developped. The results showed that the primer with more diluent (MMA) gived a higher tensile bond strength, but after immering in artificial saliva, the bond strength decreased significantly.

本文配制了用于提高义齿软村材料与PMMA粘接强度的底胶,测试了底腔中稀释剂含量对粘接强度的影响,观察了粘接接头耐人工唾液的性能。
