The kind of CC secondary cooling nozzle and its advantages and faults, the effect of spray on casting blank and questions of nozzle head material in maintenance are discussed and the study of cooling property for the introduced and native nozzle for bloom and round billet is made. The results show that water intensity of the native-made nozzle distributes evenly around center and has benefit on cross even cooling. But for the five tested nozzle on spraying angle, four kinds can meet the requirement of the native ferrous metallurgy standard, only D40197—1 nozzle is over +4 degree on high pressure test. A small amount of native-made nozzle flow's relative error is 1%~10%, which has effect on water distribution during CC production.

本文主要论述连铸二冷喷嘴的类型、喷雾方法对铸坯冷却的影响 ,各类喷嘴冷却的优缺点 ,以及环型喷嘴嘴头的材质在检修中出现的问题。对包钢引进大方坯和大圆坯的汽雾喷嘴和国产喷嘴的冷态特性进行测试研究 ,测试结果表明 ,国产喷嘴的水流密度分布在中心的左右 ,分布均匀 ,对大方坯和大圆坯的横向均匀降温有益 ,但是国产喷嘴的喷射角度在测试的五种喷嘴中 ,有四种喷嘴符合国家黑色冶金对喷嘴喷射角度的要求 ,只有D40 197- 1喷嘴在高压测试时超国家要求的 +4° ,有少量国产喷嘴在同压力条件下的流量误差在 1%~ 10 %之间
