本文应用 Fuzzy 贴近度进行最佳井位预测,其原理是:将已知井旁测深与测区内其它诸测深点不同极距的视电阻率值,用线性隶属函数转换成各自对应的模糊集合。设 A 为已知井的模糊集合,B_i(i…1.2,…,30)为待查区诸测深点对应的模糊集合。然后计算 B_i与 A 的贴近度,若 B_i 中某一测点与 A 贴近度最大,则该点便是所寻求的最佳打井孔位。经验证,在预测井位 B_(17)号测点,打出日产1500t 的地下水,预测结果与地质条件十分吻合。该方法计算简便可靠,是电测深不同测点之间观测结果由定性化解释趋于定量化解释的有效途径。

By using the hyperbolic grading function and taking account of the potential varies near the surface of photocathodes caused by an applied bias, the Conduction band structures at the heterojunction interface for a field-assisted InP/InGaAsP/InP Semiconductor photocathode are analysed and calculated in this paper. By using the hyperbolic grading function and taking account of the potential varies near the surface of photocathodes caused by an applied bias, the Conduction band structures at the heterojunction interface for a field-assisted InP/InGaAsP/InP Semiconductor photocathode are analysed and calculated in this paper. The profile curves of conduction band structure at the heterojunction interface with the different parameters of materials have been obtained. In order to achieve the perfect transmission efficiency at heterojunction, the calculation resultes have shown the conditions for the thickness and the doping concentrotion of the emission layer, the doping concentrotion of the absorption layer, as well as the grading width at the heterojunction interface and the applied bias. The results are helpful to designing field-assisted semiconductor photocachodeand choosing material parameters.

采用双曲型的渐变函数,同时考虑加偏压时引起的阴极表面空间电荷区的变化,对场助InP/TnGaAsP/InP半导体光电阴极异质结的能带结构进行了详细的分析和计算,得到了在不同材料参数时,异质结能带结构的分布曲线.计算结果指出了达到理想的异质结传输效率时,发射层的厚度和掺杂浓度、吸收层的掺杂浓度、异质结界面处渐变区宽度以及场助偏压应满足的条件.它有助于场助半导体光电阴极的结构设计和材料参数的选择.

This paper is used system thoughts and measurement and evaluation standard of the grade function of membership in fuzzy mathematics. It's determined the grade function of membership mith set up mathematical models of evaluation, its thought the grade function of membership that is a simple practical method of mathematics to evaluate physical education teachers.

本文采用系统思想,利用模糊数学中的隶属度函数为标度的测评标准,建立评价的数学模型,确定隶属度函数与评价的方式,以及评价因素的隶属度准则,认为用模糊数学中的隶属度函数为标度的测评标准来评价体育教师是一种简单、科学、实用的数学方法.
