Experimental practice in the Lunghekou Reservior and the Beiguishan Reservior has demonstrated that the radioactive method is the effective measure and the new technique for determining seepage velocity, seepage direction, seepage coefficient and seepage paths under dams. The more perfect experiences obtained by experimental study for years in the basic theory, the computation method, the measuring technique and the instruments concerned are generally described in this paper.

Especially , the reason that along F1A fault belt formation of subsidence basin and deformation and destruction of building and industry installations is that strong seepage belt width about 30 to 40 meters acts as drain passageway high seepage belt is formed along fault belt and two sides of fault. Heavy suffosion lead to ground subsidence and destruction of build ing. Among the prevention measure, it is important sense to mitigate seepage.

本文在综述抚顺市地质环境特征、地表变形概况基础上,着重分析了矿坑疏于排水、改变地下径流流向、强大渗流对市中心工厂区冲积砂砾石层和断裂带的强烈潜蚀作用及其在工厂区地表变形中所起的主导作用。特别是沿F_(IA)断裂带沉陷盆地的形成,建筑物、构筑物及工业设施变形、破坏现象加剧的主要原因即在于宽约30~40m的强渗水断裂带起着排水通道作用,沿断裂带及断层两侧形成高水力梯度带,强烈潜蚀作用导致地面不均匀沉陷和建筑物、结构物等不均匀沉降而变形破坏。防治措施中减轻地下径流具有特殊重要意义。

Based on the study of the effect of the blast parameters on the rock fragrnentation,theblasted block size of rock is theoretically controlled. Thus , the blocks in the blasting fill dam distributed from small to large along the seepage direction act as a filter and a lot of construction work can besaved.This results of research had been applied successfully in another blasting fill dam.

人工控制爆破块度,使爆堆体形成一个从上游到下游由细逐渐变粗的块度结构,构成坝体的自然反滤结构,从而省去人工反滤层的铺设工作,达到既拦蓄泥石又通畅透水的目的,是治理泥石流的一个新的课题 ̄[1]。笔者在爆前对爆破漏斗范围内被裂隙切割的岩石形成的天然块度进行了认真地统计分析,深入了解了爆堆的构造情况,选择合理的爆破参数并精心设计布置药包,取得了坝体自然反滤结构的预期结果,为定向爆破筑坝治理泥石流开创了一个新的途径。
