The endogenous plant hormones are extracted and sisolated from the buds and bark in the different time of the year, and the relaton between plant hortnone level and rooting capability of×Populus pekinensis cuttings has changes in different seasons. However, the cuttings with buds root always better than those without buds. The effect of IBA on rooting capability is different in cuttings with or without buds. It is also changing in different seasons. It is proved by bioassay and GC measurements that the capability of sprouting and rooting of×Populus pekingensis cuttings is closely related to inhibitoris, among the endogenous ABA appears the most effective component.

本文研究了易生根的北京杨茎插穗插条生根能力的年变化以及芽和吲哚丁酸(IBA)对生根能力的影响。在此基础上进一步研究了芽和皮中內源激素的消长与生根能力的关系,还论述了北京杨插穗生根能力存在着季节变化。用生物鉴定和气液色谱分析证明:北京杨插穗的发茅、生根与内源抑制物质消长有密切关系,而抑制物质的主要成份是脱落酸。

The quick propagation of triploid white Chinese poplar has been studied by applying the technology of plant tissue culturing. It is shown by the results that the culture medium which suits bud proliferation at stem section of triploid white Chinese poplar is MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.01~0.02 mg/L and the best culture medium which suits leave slicing for producing adventitious bud is MS+BA 0.15~0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.02~0.05 mg/L+IAA 0~0.25 mg/L. However, the phytotoxin virulence could be depressed by l-proline, l-tryptophane and l-valine, the effective concentrations were 0.02-0.2mg/mL, 0.02-0.2mg/mL and 0.02-2mg/mL, respectively.

采用摩擦接种处理法、浇根处理法和发芽种子根处理法测定了烟草赤星病菌毒素的毒性,确定了烟草发芽种子根处理法作为烟草赤星病菌毒素毒性的测定方法。用8种氨基酸分别以5种不同浓度与烟草赤星病菌GL 6毒素混合接种,测定结果表明:L 精氨酸、L 胱氨酸、L 谷氨酸、L 丙氨酸和L 天门冬氨酸所有供试浓度均增强病菌毒素毒性;而L 脯氨酸、L 色氨酸和L 缬氨酸对病菌毒素毒性有抑制作用,其有效浓度分别为0 02~0 2、0 02~0 2和0 02~2mg/mL。
