This paper presents a mobile 60Co container inspection system (CIS) and its performance. With all devices including industrial 60Co source, high sensitive gas-ionized array detector, image treatment and control system, inspection driving device on a vehicle, the vehicle mobile CIS has advantages of high agility and climate resistance, and it can complete emergent inspection. The mobile CIS contains equipment-vehicle and control-vehicle. Equipment-vehicle and object-container are still, while a folding detector gantry is moving through a folding rail on the equipment-vehicle and completes the inspection. The mobile CIS has the inspection characteristics similar to the fixed system and it can be used in worse circumstances. Its CI (Contrast Indicator) and IQI (Image Quality Indicator) for 100 mm steel plate attain to 0.5 % and 2.5 % respectively, and the SP (Space Penetration) is about 240 mm (Fe). Maximum dose per scanning is about 5 μ. Gy, scanning speed is varied from 6 to 18 m/min, and maximum transformational speed is 90 km/h.

介绍了双车车载式钴-60集装箱检测系统的研制及其性能指标。车载式钴-6Q集装箱检测系统将检测设备和监控系统分别集成在一台半挂车和一台IVECO汽车上,检测方式为被检客体和检测车都不动,由检测龙门架在车载轨道上往复运动完成扫描检测任务。系统主要技术指标为:SP为240mm铁,CI为0.5%(100mm铁屏后),IQI为2.5%(100mm铁屏后),一次检测最大吸收剂量小于5μGy,检测速度范围:6-8 m/min,运输状态设计最大时速90 km/h。
