That adsorption coefficients of these two bacteria in composting granules all tended to decrease with the range of 24.9% and 22.7%, respectively; and their penetration rate raised obviously, with greatest rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa increased from 0.141 to 0.234 and the rate of bacillus subtilis increased from 0.254 to 0.348, explaining that the existence of humus in composting medium could weaken the adsorption properties of these two high effect bacteria, and promote their transportation dispersion in the compost medium; and also the higher the humus content, the better the effect.

    以铜绿假单胞菌和枯草芽孢杆菌为对象,通过序批实验和柱淋洗实验考察了堆肥介质中的腐殖质含量对细菌的吸附、传输性能的影响.结果表明,随着堆肥介质中腐殖质含量从0.21mg/g增至4.38mg/g,两种细菌在堆肥颗粒中的吸附系数均呈现降低趋势,降幅分别为24.9%和22.7%;2种细菌的穿透率均明显提高,最大穿透率铜绿假单胞菌从0.141提高到0.234,枯草芽孢杆菌从0.254提高到0.348.说明,堆肥介质中腐殖质的存在能够减弱两种高效细菌的吸附性能,促进其在堆肥介质中的传输分散,且腐殖质含量越高,效果越好.

    Laboratory experiments were performed to investigate the adsorption and transportation of mercury at different sites,western suburb of Beijing.Adsorption isotherms were determined through the batch experiment.Soil columns experiments were conducted in saturated soil under steady-state flow at a specific water head.The breakthrough curves(BTC) for tracer(bromine) and mercury were obtained after continuous input.Moreover,two solute transport models(convection-dispersion equation model(CDE) and two-site nonequilibrium model(TSN)) were used to simulate heavy metal movement through soil at the laboratory column scale.According to the difference of simulate results,the relationship between pore-water velocity and retardation factor was discussed preliminary.The coefficient V、R、β control the time of breakthrough,andω controls the peak value of breakthrough curves.The environment prediction model has been established for assessing heavy metal Hg transport in western suburb of Beijing.

    对北京西郊不同地点,土壤中汞吸附和迁移特性进行了实验研究。通过批次实验得到了汞的静态等温吸附系数。经过连续注入,得到了示踪离子(Br)和汞的穿透曲线。分别采用对流弥散模型(CDE)和两点非平衡吸附模型(TSN)对实验室土柱中的重金属迁移的动态行为进行了数值仿真模拟,并探讨了孔隙流速与阻滞因子的关系。通过模型的灵敏度分析,参数V、R、β控制着穿透时间,而ω则控制着穿透曲线的峰值。数值仿真研究表明:采用TSN模型对北京西郊重金属Hg的迁移行为进行研究更为合理。
