A sediment gauging station selected to represent an area includes several hydrological regions, and observed modulus of sediment delivery is an averanged value, that can not be directly used to make a map of regionalization of sediment delivery modulus, causing difficulty in their use. A method is presented to evaluate effectiveness of a gauging network, and some principles have been drawn up. The method is: take mean annual modulus of sediment delivery observed at a representative gauging station of each tributery of a basin under study as known right terms of the equilibrium equation of sediment delivery and the left term ——mean annual sediment delivery modulus of each region as unknown, take weighting of area of each region as a coefficient for the unknown term, set up a system of linear contradiction equations, number of which is to be 5—10 times of the unknown terms, the equations are solved by method of least square to get mean annual sediment delivery moduIus of each region.

现有区域代表站,往往跨越若干个水文分区,所测得的输沙模数,是一个平均结果,无法直接用来绘制输沙模数分区图,给资料移用造成了困难。本文把一个地区的每一个支流代表站测得的多年平均输沙模数,当作沙量平衡方程式右端的已知数;把每个分区的多年平均输沙模数,当作方程左端待求的未知数;把每个分区的面积权重,当作未知数的系数,列出线性矛盾方程组。要求方程式的个数超过未知数个数的5~10倍。最后用最小二乘法,求出每个分区上的多年平均输沙模数,并由此检验了泥沙站网的适用性,给出了规划泥沙站网的若干原则。

The estimated results of discharge are satisfaetory.These models proposed in this paperare suitable for other similar hydrological regions.

为适应站队结合的需要,必须对流量测次作精简分析。本文以湖南省株洲站队结合区为研究实例,在测站特性分析的基础上,根据水力因素和环境因素对水位流量关系的影响,将区内测站按水位流量关系稳定、较稳定、不稳定进行分类。对于不同类型的测站采取不同的分析方法和途径建立简化测验的推流模型,对于水位流量关系不稳定的测站,根据实测资料概化出水位流量关系模型,并以随机抽样的方法,在原长期驻测条件下所取得的稠密测次中,抽取适量测次判定该时段所使用的水位流量关系曲线重新推流,据以研究测次精简后对推流精度的影响。精度指标以精简测次前后的月年均值、洪峰流量、洪水总量偏离值的标准差表示。在此基础上提出了一套允许标准差指标的初步方案。

Abstract The research progress in the ecohydrological variations resulted from the vegetation changes including water yield,sendiment output,and water quality, was summaried. The penomena of annual water yield increase following the cut down of the forest was generally observed at the worldwide scale.Forest vegetation can control the erosion magnificently and purify water quality via biogeochemical cycling.However,the ecohydrological effects vary greatly among different hydrological regions because of the widespread environmental heterogeneity.In order to extrapolate confidently the results from one area to another, More research is needed to understand the mechnisms of hydrologic cycle.

从森林植被变化对水量、径流泥沙和水质的影响等方面介绍了国内外森林植被变化水文生态效应研究进展。从世界各国的研究来看,普遍的研究结论认为森林减少可以增加流域年产水量;森林植被可以较大幅度地减少径流泥沙含量;森林植被参与生物地球化学循环,可以有效地改善溪流水质状况。由于影响森林水文生态效益的环境异质性的普遍存在,森林植被变化水文生态效应影响程度在不同水文生态区差别很大,因此,要想将一个地区森林植被水文生态效应研究结果可靠地外推到其他地区其他流域,必须重视森林水文生态过程动力学机制的研究。
