The difference of degree for understanding esthetic perception was becoming more and more similar in variant occupational people. In our data, the rate of primary healing was 98% in facial soft tissue debridement, 95 % in jaw reconstruction, 88% in bite relationship restoration, 95% in innersufure satisfaction.In our opinion, it must be noted to restore facial normal morphology as freating woundwere well received in inner-suture by the patients.We consider that it is high identify of medicine and esthetic, perfect combination of skill and art in treatment of maxillofacial injuries. The operators are the natural beautiful envoies of reconstruction.

就口腔颌面部损伤后对容貌美学的影响进行了临床观察。结果表明,308例患者中,中青年对面部损伤的忧虑与审美障碍重于其他年龄组,女性患者的心理压力尤为严重。颌面部损伤对容貌美观的影响程度在职业上的差异越来越小。面部损伤Ⅰ期愈合率达98%,颌骨骨折Ⅰ期愈合率达95%,恢复良好的咬会关系达88%,皮内缝合满意度达95%。面部损伤缝合应采用小针细线,注意组织形态的恢复。我们认为颌面部损伤的处理是医学与美学的高度统一,是医术与艺术的完美结合,操作者是再现自然美的使者。
