教练员开发短跑运动员的潜力是一个重要的课题.在短跑的途中跑训练中,用系统控制的方法,将训练分成步频系统、步长系统、力量系统、耐力系统、弹跳力系统五个子系统和一个大系统.用系统控制的方法来调节训练的强度,既有丰富多彩的训练形式、循序渐进的训练要求,又可避免运动损伤,让学生在子系统内完成对各项指标的能力储备,从接受训练的学生效果反馈来看,能有效提高短跑成绩,故希望将自己的训练体会与广大同行共勉.
