Influence factors of the Production technology of PBT fiber such as temperature and speed of spinning, condition of quenching, take-uP tension, time of balance, temperature and ratio of drawing, twisting, overfeed ratio and texturing temperature are studied under conventional spinning speeds. The result shows that the fiber forming and processing properties are proved satisfactory at technological conditions of intrinsic viscosity 0.98-1.1, spinning temperature 257-259 ℃. spinning speed 900-1200 m/min,. drawing ratio<3, drawing temperature about 50℃. the twist is slightly higher than PET and the texturing temperature at 165-210℃. PBT fiber can be boiled dyed at normal pressure, its elasticity and resiliency is better than PET and nylon 6, it is widely applied in the fields of coloured weaving and wool spinning etc.

本文研究了在常规纺速下,纺丝速度、纺丝温度、冷却成形、卷绕张力、平衡时间、拉伸温度、拉伸倍数、捻度、超喂率、变形温度等对PBT生产工艺的影响。认为切片粘度在0.98~1.1;纺丝温度在257~259℃;纺丝速度900~1200m/nim;拉伸倍数小于3;拉伸温度50℃左右;捻度略高于涤纶;变形温度165~210℃时纤维可纺性及后加工性能良好,能常压沸染,弹性及弹性回复优于涤纶、锦纶。该纤维能广泛应用于针织、色织、毛纺等行业。

Different surface area polystyrene-divinylbene resin was nitrated with mixed acid, and the adsorption and removal behaviors of thiol in simulation gasoline on the nitro-resin were studied in laboratory.The results showed that the nitro-resin of large surface area has better removal behaviors of thiol.With the work temperature rising,adsorption efficiency increased,and adsorption time of balance was shortened.At 50℃,the sulfur content of thiol in simulation gasoline was 39.7μg·g~(-1),After adsorption,the sulfur content of thiol was below 1μg·g~(-1),the ratio of desulfurization reached 99.2%.

研究了一种微球树脂经混酸硝化后,对轻质烃类中硫醇的吸附行为。研究发现大孔硝化微球树脂对模拟汽油中的1-戊硫醇有很强的吸附能力,而且随着吸附温度的升高和吸附剂比表面的增大,吸附能力也有所增强。对硫醇硫含量在39 7μg·g-1的烃类汽油,经硝基型树脂吸附处理后,硫醇硫的含量降到了1μg·g-1以下,脱除率达到了99 2%以上。
