Therefore, there is a good base for breeding excellent quality varieties of soybean in Sichuan .

In Zigong Area, the brine exploitation and especially the exploitation of rock salt with water solution method have caused renarkable changes in its engineering geological environment. Since 1978 weak seisms have occurred frequently in this area. These events correspond with the deep well water injection and the salt solution leakage of the Da'an Salt Plant. In some producing wells underground water level rose up to 65.59m. Brine was diluted. Degree of mineralization decreased. All these phenomena did not disappear...

In some producing wells underground water level rose up to 65.59m. Brine was diluted. Degree of mineralization decreased. All these phenomena did not disappear until an earthqueak of 4.5 magnitude took place on March 29, 1985.Earthqueaks are closely related to brine exploitation and water injection.In order to keep the environment from further worsening an engineering geological project Should be pat on schedule.

自贡盐卤开采,特别是用水溶法开采岩盐,引起了该区工程地质环境明显变化。1978年以来,自贡地区弱震频繁,这个年份正与该市大安盐厂深井注水、溶盐水大量漏失的时间相吻合。当时,有的开采井地下水位抬高达65.59m,卤水淡化,矿化度降低。直至1985年3月29日自贡发生了4.8级的地震。凡此种种,说明自贡的地震是与盐卤的开采、深井注水密切相关的。为了保证环境不继续恶化,必须深入的开展工程地质研究工作,有计划地进行国土开发与整治。
