采用pUC19质粒载体示踪加限制性内切酶指纹图谱分析法和荧光标记菌示踪法,对肠源性感染与创面感染的关系进行研究。依据pUC19质粒的特点设计了动物模型。110只Wistar大鼠在pUC19质粒载体菌肠道定植后,致成30%TBSAⅢ度烫伤,于伤后6、12、24、48小时和12天分别活杀,做荧光显微镜检查、细菌培养、质粒提取及酶切。结果显示:烧伤早期肠道内细菌可播散到痂下组织定植,荧光示踪菌检出率为32.5%,pUC19质粒载体菌检出率为10.8%。烧伤后期62.5%的动物创面可检出pUC19质粒示踪菌。除早期经肠道播散定植痂下外,会阴部粪便的污染亦可能为烧伤晚期刨面标记菌检出升高的重要原因。
