The results show that with the metalized SiC particles and the combined surfactant, the micro hardness and the porosity of the plating increases and decreases separately, and the capability of the plating against corrosive wear is improved.

使SiC表面金属化并在镀液中加入复合表面活性剂 ,运用化学复合镀方法制备了Ni P/SiC镀层。对镀层显微硬度、孔隙率及耐高温腐蚀磨损性能研究的结果表明 :SiC颗粒经过表面金属化处理和在镀液中加入复合表面活性剂 ,提高了复合镀层的硬度 ,降低了孔隙率 ,改善了镀层耐高温腐蚀磨损性能
