目的 :探讨在高原建立富氧室对移居者肺通气功能的影响 ;方法 :对移居海拔3 70 0m一年的 1 0名受试者在进入富氧室前后分别进行功率自行车递增负荷运动 ,用ES80 0肺功量仪检测肺通气功能 ,并与安静时比较 ;结果 :与安静时对照 ,富氧前运动后FEV1 /FVC %降低 ,MVV增加 ,均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,FVC、FEF2 5 %~ 75 % 、FEV1 、PEF都有降低趋势 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5) ;富氧次日运动后FVC、FEV1 、PEF和MVV增加非常显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;与富氧前运动后比较 ,富氧次日运动后FVC、FEF2 5 %~ 75 % 、FEV1 、PEF、FEV1 /FVC %及MVV均显著增加 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ;结论 :富氧室能改善高原移居者运动后的肺通气功能 ,是一种较为理想的供氧途径。

To study the effect of oxygen enrichment of room air on the change of hemorheology of soldiers after high altitude hypoxia and exhaustion exercise at 3700 altitude, the oxygen concentration was increased to 24 0%~25 0% in the rooms at 3700m altitude, the change of hemorheology in 10 soldiers after they had 12h rest and sleep in the oxygen enrichment room was examined in no oxygen enrichment resting state and in oxygen enrichment state as well as after exhaustion exercise in no oxygen enrichment room and in oxygen enrichment room.Hematocrit (HCT), blood viscosity (ηb), reduction viscosity (ηr) and viscometric aggregation index (VAI) were higher after exhaustion exercise in no oxygen enrichment room as compared with those in no oxygen enrichment resting state, the difference was very significant or signifant ( P <0 01 or P <0 05). No difference was found in hemorheology after oxygen enrichment and exhaustion exercise as compared with no oxygen enrichment and resting state ( P >0 05),ηb, Plasma viscosity (ηp), ηr were decreased after exhaustion exercise in no oxygen enrichment room ( P <0 05). It is suggested that oxygen enrichment of room air can improve the change of hemorheology of soldiers due to hypoxia and exhaustion exercise at high altitude.

研究富氧室改善高原缺氧及力竭运动后血液流变学的变化。海拔 370 0m ,向室内注氧 ,将氧浓度提高到 2 4 0 %~ 2 5 0 %。10名青年在富氧室休息和睡眠 12h,检测未富氧静息状态、未富氧力竭运动后、富氧及力竭运动后的血液流变学。未富氧力竭运动后红细胞压积 (HCT)和血液粘度 (ηb)、还原粘度 (ηr)、血细胞聚集系数 (VAI)较未富氧静息状态增高 ,差异有非常显著性意义或差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 ) ,富氧及力竭运动后各项指标较未富氧静息状态差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,较未富氧力竭运动后ηb、ηr、血浆粘度 (ηp)降低 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。高原富氧 12h可明显改善因缺氧及力竭运动所引起的血液粘度的变化

After loading oxygen and exercise the level of P, BK, TPR were higher and the level of PAWP higher especially than those in rest (P< 0.05 or P<0.01 ). The level of SV, CCP, η,mAP, BV, ALP decreased lower (P<0.01) after loading oxygen and exercise than before exercise, contrary on P, BK and TPR. Conclusion: The capacity of work and heart function could be improved by loading oxygen in oxygen-enrichment room under condition of altitude hypoxic environment.
