The alceolalgia of extraction wounds often was found after extrction in dentofacial surgery. The alceolalgia of extraction wounds often was found after extrction in dentofacial surgery. This paper discussed about the relationship between normal oral flora and different types of alecolalgia of extraction wounds . H patients with non-putrescent type of alceolalgia (A group) , and S patients with putrescent type of alceolalgia ( B group) were examined.Samples were collected from the dental cavity and cul tured under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. Isolates were identified to genus and species. Results suggested that alceolalgia of extrac tion wound represented a kind of mixed bacterial infections by normal oral microbial flora. The predominant cultivable microflora from A group were aerobic and facultatively anaerobic bacteria.Gram (+) cocci were found with the highest incadence( 100% of Strepto- coccus,and 54.5% of S.epidermidis)in A group. However , the isolation rate of anaerobes was found higher in B group than A group. Fusobacterium were detected in 9.1% of A group, 50% of B group; Blackpigmented Bacteroides were not detected in A group, whereas it was found in 50% of B group.The microbes belong to Capuocytophaga was isolated from both groups.

本实验就11名非腐败坏死型拔牙创干槽症与8名腐败坏死型干槽症患者的拔牙创口的细菌进行了分离鉴定。结果表明两种类型的干槽症均为口腔正常菌群的混合感染,但在与某些特殊细菌的关系上却有较明显的差异,特别是与口腔专性厌氧菌增加的关系较大。本文提示患区各种细菌的比例与正常菌群的比例差异越大,则病变越重。本文的结果也说明了一些破坏正常生理结构的外科手术最终都将导致微生态失调或菌群失调,引起手术部位的病变。

本文对14例慢性根尖周炎患者16个感染根管细菌培养检查的结果发现:以厌氧菌为优势的混合菌感染是慢性根尖周炎感染根管细菌学的主要特点。穿髓根管由于敞开的髓腔,同一根管内4—9种细菌混合感染者占87.5%;未穿髓的感染根管2—3种细菌混合感染的占62.5%,4种以上细菌混合感染的占37.5%。优势的感染菌包括产黑色素类杆菌、口腔类杆菌、口类杆菌、具核梭杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、内氏放线菌等6种厌氧菌;血液链球菌、变链球菌和酿脓链球菌为最常见的兼性厌氧菌。本文指出口腔正常菌群是感染根管的机会病原菌。

AIM:To investigate the role of Prevotella nigrescens (P.nigrescens) in etiology of adult periodontitis. METHODS: Subgingival plaques were collected from 64 adult patients with periodontitis and cultivated under anaerobic conditions for isolation of black-pigmented colonies, from which P.nigrescens strains were identified with Polymerase Chain Reaction assay. AIM:To investigate the role of Prevotella nigrescens (P.nigrescens) in etiology of adult periodontitis. METHODS: Subgingival plaques were collected from 64 adult patients with periodontitis and cultivated under anaerobic conditions for isolation of black-pigmented colonies, from which P.nigrescens strains were identified with Polymerase Chain Reaction assay. RESULTS: From 614 strains of black-pigmented anaerobic rods isolated, 49 were identified as P.nigrescens, which was found to be 14.8% and 9.4% positive in diseased and healthy sites respectively, without statistically significant difference. 26 strains from diseased sites and 23 strains from healthy sites of P.nigrescens were detected, which were 6.9% and 9.7% of the total black-pigmented anaerobic rods respectively. CONCLUSION: Our results support that the P. nigrescens is part of normal oral flora, not periodontal pathogen. [

目的 :研究变黑普里沃菌与成人牙周炎的关系。方法 :选择 6 4例成年人牙周炎患者 ,取病变部位和健康部位龈下菌斑 ,厌氧培养 ,挑取产黑色素菌落 ,经多聚酶链反应鉴定变黑普里沃菌。结果 :在成人牙周炎的病变部位和健康部位 ,变黑普里沃菌的检出率分别是 14.8%和 9.4% ,无统计学差异。变黑普里沃菌的检出株数分别是 2 6和 2 3,总产黑色素G-厌氧杆菌检出株数是 6 .9%和 9.7%。结论 :变黑普里沃菌作为可疑的牙周致病菌证据尚不充分。
