In order to obtain required handle of the fabrics made from wools produced in Xinjiang Province, it is usually necessary to repeat the treatment of the fabrics in wet finish processes. It has been found in practice that the fabric handle can be substantially improved by adding to the fabric a sufficient amount of NaHSO_3 in crabbing, but the strength and wear resistance of fabrics treated in this way are somewhat deteriorated.In this paper, the setting characteristics of Xinjiang wool in comparison with Australian wool were investigated. The yarns of these wools were treated with steam, water as well as NaHSO_3 solutions of different concentrations, their lengths, strengths, and also dynamic properties of the treated yarns were measured. The results revealed that the portion of elongation remaining in the Xinjiang wool yarn were greater when the treatments were carried out under stretched conditions, and the net lengths of the Xinjiang wool were shorter when the treatment were carried out without tension. And the setting of the yarns seemed to be more effective when they were treated with NaHSO_3 solutions. The degree of set of the Xinjiang wool appeared to be comparable to that of Australian wool when treated with concentreted NaHSO_3 solutions.

一般说来,新疆细羊毛织物须经过重复湿整工序方能获得所需要的实物质量。实践已经证明,煮呢工序中对织物加入适量的NaHSO_3,可以使织物的手感明显改善,但织物的强度和耐磨性能则有所下降。本文观测了新疆羊毛与对比澳毛的定型特征,新疆毛纱和澳毛纱经过蒸汽、水以及不同浓度的NaHSO_3溶液处理后,测量其长度、强度和动态机械性质。试验结果表示,经过拉紧状态下的处理,新疆毛纱保留较高的伸长率,经过松弛状态处理后,新疆毛纱回缩后的实际长度比澳毛纱为小。NaHSO_3溶液的定型效果较为显著。在较大浓度的NaHSO_3溶液中,新疆羊毛和澳毛的定型效果趋于相等。

Wool is the proteinaceous natural fiber. The variety of amino acid composition of wool influences on the fiber properties directly. In this paper initial results are reported from a comprehensive research project, in which 14 samples of Xinjiang wool from different origins have been analyzed. Wool is the proteinaceous natural fiber. The variety of amino acid composition of wool influences on the fiber properties directly. In this paper initial results are reported from a comprehensive research project, in which 14 samples of Xinjiang wool from different origins have been analyzed. As the first step, the wool keratins were extracted with a reduction method and modified by S-carboxy methylation, then determined the amino acid compositions of keratins after acid hydrolysis.Using this method could avoid interferes of cell membrane substances, medulla and pigment of wool, as well as the cystines destroyed during acid hydrolysis.The results suggest that wool infine quality, such as Australian Merino, Chinese Merino (Merino×Xinjiang) and Cashmere etc.,is all with a higher content of cystine, and the effects of some amino acids on wool keratin conformation by helix index have been discussed.

羊毛是天然蛋白质纤维,其氨基酸组成的变化对羊毛纤维的品质有直接影响。本试验采用还原法从羊毛纤维中提取出经S-羧甲基化修饰的角蛋白,然后水解角蛋白测定氨基酸组成,避免了羊毛中非角蛋白物质和水解破坏胱氨酸对分析结果的干扰。用此法测定新疆绵羊主要品种羊毛的氨基酸组成,结果表明,品质较好的中国美利奴细羊毛,山羊绒毛等有较高的胱氨酸含量。并试从影响角蛋白α螺旋构象的氨基酸组成方面做了初步探讨,结果表明,品质较好的细羊毛均具有较小的螺旋比值。

n order to reduce the cost and use low-count wool to spin high quality fine yarn to meet market needs,we have explored and improved the technical process and key parameters,based on the quality of Xinjiang wool and coventional process.The technology and effect of increasing spinnability (19.23--17.85 tex) is mainly discussed by using 64s top in this paper.

为降低产品成本,充分利用较低品质支数原料纺出线密度较低的纱,织出优质高档产品满足市场要求,我厂根据新疆细羊毛品质特性,在常规工艺的基础上,对工艺路线及关键参数作了改进。本文着重论述用64支毛条提高可纺支数(19.23~17.85tex即52~56公支细纱)的大生产工艺及实践效果。
