Based on the preferable comparability of lithology between homogeneous core used in lab test and that in strongly water washing part of inspection wells, forming condition of displacement efficiency in strongly water washing part of pressure coring inspection wells in waterflooded area has been analyzed, and reasons for the difference of displacement efficiency between pressure coring and in-house waterflood test have been discussed. The paper points out that the reasons for displacement efficiency improving of pressure coring well are as follows: Firstly, extra-high injection multiples; secondly, extra-low critical drive ratio; thirdly, high velocity fluid's big differential pressure drive during the process of coring. Besides, the natural core in-house long-term washing out experiment has proved that waterflood efficiency of pressure coring can reach as high as 80%~90%.

基于室内实验采用的均质岩心与检查井强水洗段岩性物性较好的相似性,通过对水淹区密闭取心检查井强水洗段驱油效率形成、室内水驱油模拟条件的分析,指出了密闭取心与室内水驱油实验驱油效率差别的原因.得出导致矿场密闭取心井驱油效率高的原因:一是特高的注水倍数,二是特低的临界驱动比,三是取心过程中高黏度流体的大压差驱动.天然岩心室内长期水冲刷实验证实了密闭取心的水驱油效率可达80%~90%.

In the paper,the present situation of pipeline inspection technology is summarized,its current principle is presented,the main points of technology for in - pipe inspection robot are analyzed and the key research progresses are dis- cussed,which consist of flow field modeling and simulation,passing capacity,speed and gesture of movement control,miniaturi- zation,inspection precision and orientation precision of differential - pressure - driven in - pipe inspection robot,chaos dynamics methods...

In the paper,the present situation of pipeline inspection technology is summarized,its current principle is presented,the main points of technology for in - pipe inspection robot are analyzed and the key research progresses are dis- cussed,which consist of flow field modeling and simulation,passing capacity,speed and gesture of movement control,miniaturi- zation,inspection precision and orientation precision of differential - pressure - driven in - pipe inspection robot,chaos dynamics methods for the evolvement behavior of pipe steel crack group in corrosion environment,and residual life prediction methods of pipeline.The study results put a firm basis for further research.

概述了管道检测技术发展现状,介绍了最新检测技术的原理,分析了管道内检测机器人的技术要点,概括介绍了课题组在差压式管内检测机器人周围流场建模与仿真、腐蚀环境下管道钢裂纹群演化的混沌动力学、差压式管内检测机器人的通过性能、管内检测机器人运行速度和姿态分析及运动状态控制、管内检测机器人小型化、小型化管内检测机器人检测精度、小型化管内检测机器人定位精度及管道剩余寿命的预测方法等方面的研究进展,为今后的研究打下了坚实的基础。
