Natural erosional rate was accelerated. Thus, in fact, soil erosional process is affected by three process: endogenic forces process, exogenic forces process and human activity process since people came to the world. When the endogenic forces are relatively stable,the soil erosional process is dominated mainly by two process of exogenic forces and human activity. If water forces are main exogenic forces, soil erosional process is water and soil losses process. Our studies indicate that runoff is greatly related with rainfall and silt is greatly related with runoff during the erosional process dominated by water forces. So we have the runoff productive function and silt productive function of water and soil losses process respectively as. G= M_1f_1 (H) Y= M_2f_2(G) where H, G, and Y represent rainfall, runoff and silt amount, Ml and M2 represent the intensity of human activity of productive process of runoff and silt. H, G, Ml and M2 are functions of time t. Then, the mathematical models of quantitative analysis of water and soil losses can be obtained: The equations above make it possible for us to quantitatively analyze the effects of human activity on soil and water soil losses.

A improved by Schaake J. C. nonlinear monthly water balance model which describes the physical process of runoff yield is used to study the impact of climate change on runoff. The simulated results and their analyses are presented in this paper.

本文利用一个改进的非线性水量平衡模型,模拟研究了我国不同气候区水资源与气候的关系,并对模拟结果进行了分析。
