The experimental analysts of the energy burnout property for Al-gate MESFET has been made in this paper. The device damage has been investigated in the case of positive and negative pulse and other operating conditions. 0.92-3.5erg ranges of the device burnout energy are obtained from the experimental results, showing fairly anti-burnout performance of the Al-gate GaAs MESFET.

In this paper the experimental study of petrographical compositions of Pulverized Coal and the numerical calculation of particle residence time in Drop Tube Furnace are introduced. Petrographical compositions of PC have strong effects on its combustion characteristics. According to the difference of burning performance, Chinese Yangquan anthracite is separated into three petrographical types, and the property analyses are made for each type. The combustion kinetic parameters of different petrographical types are tested. The results indicate they are different from each other significantly. This petrographical classification of pulverized coal is closer to real engineering condition of combustion, and it will be helpful to study Pulverized Coal burnout performance in better details.A numerical calculation is used to get precisely the velocity and temperature distributions of gas and the residence time of char particle in Drop Tube Furnace needed in data processing of the experiment. The kinetic data of Shenmu bituminous coal and Xishan lean coal are reprocessed by using this method.

本文根据燃烧特性的差别将阳泉无烟煤分为不同比重段的样品,并分别进行了岩相成分和化学成分分析,而后通过沉降炉实验测定了这些样品的反应动力学参数.此外,本文还采用数值计算的方法得到了沉降炉内的气相流场、温度场和颗粒停留时间,提高了数据处理的精确性,并重新整理了神木烟煤和西山贫煤的反应动力学数据.

为研究煤颗粒结构与燃烬性能的关系 ,进行了煤粉动态燃烧试验·采用分形几何理论定义了颗粒结构分维Ds,以描述煤粉颗粒结构特征·几种煤的结构分形维数计算表明 :煤粉的颗粒分维数与煤种有关·总体上 ,烟煤的分维数大于无烟煤·煤燃烬性能主要与煤挥发分产率有关 ,Ds 的数值体现了颗粒结构对煤粉燃烧性能的影响 ,即煤的化学成分接近时 ,颗粒结构分维数大的煤粉其燃烧率高·煤岩组成类型、含量是影响煤粉结构分维的主要因素·
