以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和二甲基二乙氧基硅烷(DDS)为前驱体,在碱催化体系中通过选择合适的原料配比以及对体系溶胶-凝胶过程的控制使DDS和TEOS的水解产物发生共缩聚反应,进而制备出改性的SiO2溶胶,并采用旋转镀膜法(spin-coating)直接获得了同时具有良好疏水和增透性能的SiO2光学膜,克服了增透膜防潮性能差的缺点.同时采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、粒度分布(SDP)等手段研究了不同条件下溶胶的性质及其对膜层性能的影响,并与未经改性的SiO2增透膜进行了比较,结果表明改性后的膜层不仅疏水性大大增加,且在相同镀膜条件下,膜层的厚度随着老化时间的延长增加较小,故其透过率曲线在300~800nm范围内不易出现多个增透峰.

With tetraethoxysilane [Si(OC 2H 5) 4,TEOS] and methyltriethoxysilane [CH 3Si(OC 2H 5) 3,MTES] as precursors, two kinds of methyl modified silica gels were prepared by the two step method and co hydrolysis method. The gels were tested at the small angle x ray scattering(SAXS) Station of Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility(BSRF). We calculated the average particle diameter and the special surface area between the two phases. On the basis of these data the fractal characters of gels were analyzed, and two fractal structures were found in all the samples. The two fractal dimensions indicated two fractal structures on two scales, i.e., from primary SiO 2 particles to first aggregates and from first aggregates to clusters. Aided by transmission electronic microscope(TEM) we confirmed the two different microstructures of the gels prepared using the two different methods. It can be said that SAXS is a powerful technigue to study microstructures of gel systems by studying its fractal structure.

Two kinds of methyl modified silica xerogels were prepared by mixing SiO 2 colloidal suspension deriving from basic catalyzed hydrolysis of TEOS (tetraethoxysilane) and siloxane polymer solution prepared from acid catalyzed hydrolysis of MTES (methyltriethoxysilane) or DDS (dimethyldiethoxysilane). The xerogels were tested at the small angle x ray scattering (SAXS) station of Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility. The distribution of pore size, the average size of pores D SAXS , and the thickness of interface layer E were calculated. With the aid of nitrogen adsorption measurement, the pore structure was analyzed. Some micropores were found to be produced in methyl modified SiO 2 xerogels while second aggregates were constructed through connecting first aggregates with siloxane polymer of MTES or of DDS. At the same time, methyl groups were attached to the bone of SiO 2 clusters and become an interface layer between bone and pore. The interface layer have effects on both pore size and the adsorption of nitrogen in methyl modified xerogels. Through transmission electron microscope we confirmed that the pore structures of the xerogels were affected strongly by the two different siloxane polymers. SAXS is a powerful technique to study pore structure of xerogel system.
