Finally, the feasibility of using only two correction planes for a conventional rotor (n≤2) is demonstrated.

本文首先归纳了高速动平衡的基本理论,并对计算辅助动平衡的理论——振形影响系数法作了阐述,介绍了CPBC80计算程序。文章的后部分着重于工程出发,从理论计算与实践两方面论证了n法的精度和实用性,其中较详细地介绍了两种类型转子102JT与102JHP的试验情况,提出了在工程上一般的转子(n≤2)用两个校正面已经足够。

In this paper, first, the concepts of the bend-rigid critical speed and bend-flexible critical speed of rotors are presented, and then the concept of a semi-flexible rotor is presented. According to the test results of three rotors in the field and on the high speed balancing machine, the author gives a discussion on the dynamic properties of semi-flexible rotors and finalby gives his opinions about their safe operation.

The conventional stage by stage low speed balancing method is useless in such cases. These rotors must be balanced by mass-set modal method at high speed. It has proved that after high speed balancing they would be able to run stably over the range of all running speeds.

近年来国内引进的十三套大型化肥设备及某些国产大型化工流程中的压气机.有不少型号发生了强烈的机组振动,以致严重地影响了正常生产.作者通过大量的试验实践,认为这些高速压气机转子工作转速都很高,位于第二临界转速左右,转子在工作转速范围内将发生二三阶的混合振型的振动,传统的逐级低速平衡法已无效用,必须进行高速动平衡.实践证明,这种转子经高速平衡后能够在全转速范围内达到平稳地运转.
