In this paper,a criteria on the delay independent asymptotic stability is given in the form of algebraic Riccati inequality for linear time varying time delay systems with multi state delay and then a stabilizing method is presented with the memoryless state feedback for this time delay systems. A robust stabilizing method is presented also derived for the uncertain time delay systems with time varying multi state delay and time varying unknown but bounded uncertain parameters.The results are very simple since only an algebraic Riccati equation need to be solved. At last, a numerical example is given to check the results. 首先给出了具有多状态滞后的时变时滞系统渐近稳定的代数Riccati不等式形式的判据,并基于此给出了确定性时变时滞系统的镇定方法.然后给出了具有有界参数不确定性的多状态滞后时变时滞系统的镇定方法.文中的结论非常简单,只需解一个代数Riccati方程.最后给出一个算例. A new approach to on-line adaptive estimation of time-varying time delay is proposed. First, a modifiedstrong tracking filter algorithm is prasented,and an estimation model for the time-varying time delay is set up. For a class of nonlinear systems with pure time delay in the input signal, by selecting the accumulated output error in a data window to form the fitness function, and by adopting the decimal coding technique, an online estimation approach based on genetic algorithm to time varying time delay of nonlinear systems is proposed. This approach has definite robustness against system noise. The simulation results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 针对系统输入带有纯时滞的一类非线性系统 ,选择有限点的输出误差的平方和构成适应度函数 ,采用十进制编码技术 ,提出一种基于遗传算法的非线性系统时变时滞的在线估计方法 ,该方法具有一定的抗噪声能力。仿真实验结果验证了所提出方法的有效性。
